We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaDue to the height of the window, you won't get bright light, but it was still a great room. I think it is sad to have no Reception with humans - very impersonal.
It is convenient to be able to text staff if needed. The kitchen was well-appointed. Temperature controls were good.

CanadaThe lighting in the bathroom was poor as well as no light in the shower. I had to bring the portable mirror to the kitchen to do my makeup. Need a lighted mirror. There should be a full length mirror on the back of the closet door downstairs on main level as we left our heavy suitcases downstairs and dressed there. Sound travels easily due to lack of insulation so adherence to the 10 pm noise curfew is a must and would be helpful to be enforced.
It was cool and spacious and the fixtures were like an apartment/Airbnb! The staff were very responsive and helpful. Checking in and check out was easy.

United Statesno amenities- could really use a gym. no natural light. very dark inside our room. no view. keys and codes a bit complicated. pricey for Kingston but very nice. cement floors are slippery. be careful could be dangerous. all the drinks in the fridge were alcoholic. could have used some non alcoholic options. would be nice to have regular TV channels.
loved the exposed stone. loft concept. modern decor. comfy bed. great shower. robes! full kitchen. walkable location. workspace upstairs as an option for remote work. decent parking. netflix and amazon prime free. great customer service- very quick to reply by text message. got late checkout! and extra coffee.

Very cool stylish hotel. Supposed to be contactless checkin. Everything digital. But we had a few problems and the staff member who was there responded promptly. A few other minor issues and response was prompt again and efficient. The accomodations are lovely except the lighting is very poor throughout. Especially wanting in the washroom where good lighting is needed but also for reading in bed. Great location. Easy walking distance to everything.
