The most comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included.

The bar lounge was very dark and the clientele was mostly non guests. Because its not associated with the hotel and another entire establishment it was a little off putting.

    Good location

The breakfasts were very poor. Menu choice was poor and limited. No buffet and the whole order was brought out all at once. Toast, which was pre buttered, was stone cold by the time you had finished your cereal. There is one lift which is small and you sometimes have to wait a long time to get a lift with your luggage.

Breakfast was good but it shouldn’t be served in the sterile basement. The door people as we were leaving were very friendly.

When we arrived the staff seemed put off and disinterested. It was very noisy in the room all night: city needs to address drug and homelessness.

Didn't realize Vancouver was so rough! I am not sure if it was the location of the hotel or the city in general. The homelessness was high! I felt safe at the hotel. Thank you!

The smoothie at breakfast was like a cup of sugar! I would have liked that described a bit differently.

    Good location, nicely renovated bathroom

Old hotel, only one small & slow elevator , hotel is not in the St.Regis league! I asked for a quiet room and got a room facing a wall overlooking noisy ac units! Staff seemed indifferent when I complained about it. Hotel is far to expensive for what you get. No bar, no restaurant other than a breakfast room in the basement. Breakfast ok , no cappuccino though , very cheep dishes like these thick coffee mugs. Ice cold and very small lobby. Would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom had a heated floor. The breakfast is first-rate.

I wish they still had a gym

Location is dynamite. Breakfast being included was a nice touch. Front desk graciously upgraded my family after we were delayed on our arrival.

    The price.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly though the menu options were limited. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed - the shower was excellent. The nespresso coffee machine was good. The location was great for downtown, minutes away from Gastown and close to bus routes to get across the city.

Our room was at the back of the hotel with large beige wall view and below the window, a mass of AC units which was noisy all the time and did impact our sleep.

The breakfast menu was excellent. We had three choices for an entree, choice of juice, and plenty of coffee. The service was excellent! The room was spacious for two people, very clean, in-room coffee and water bottles provided. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. The location was great for walkable attractions and we felt safe. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is prime and walkable to many attractions. Free breakfast is great, and the servers at the breakfast are super sweet.

Ageist / sexist staff. Terrible check-in/check-out experience. The hotel is clearly more for small families and the elderly, you will not be treated well if you do not fit this demographic.

We felt the price was beyond fair! Over $850 a day was extremely overpriced.
