CanadaThe mattress was not the most comfortable but it was ok. I think I got an older mattress so it was not even in all areas so the support was not even. Although the place was generally quite clean, it seemed that my bathroom floor had not been cleaned after the last guest.
The location was perfect. Whether you are on a holiday, passing by or staying for work, this is a great location. On your way to Dawson Creek, just stay here. You get a lot more for your money. The room is more like a small bachelor suite. The coffee choice was awesome. No decaf though. I was concerned about noise but that was not a problem at all although my suite faced the front area. The owner keeps a clean place. it is sure cleaner than popular hotels like the Sandman. the towels and sheets were fresh and clean. Thank you!

CanadaWell the place looked good from photos but the room was not well cleaned at all. The floors and walls were dirty, the shower smelled like mold, I saw finger nails on the bathroom floor. I didn't want to sit on the couch or touch any surfaces. It was quite gross to be honest. As soon as I showered I put my socks on so my feet wouldn't be exposed to the gross floor. Very disappointing.
I didn't mind the bed, but I like harder beds. I bet most people wouldn't have liked it.

FranceOn closer inspection, kitchen was not clean, especially when I opened the fridge and the drawers (food stuck to fork...). Bathroom was not completely clean too (hairs).
Location is a bit off the Highway (reduced traffic noise!), but still it is easy to walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The room came with a fully equipped kitchen, a clean kitchen towel and a sponge for the dishes. The man at the reception was very helpful.
