Paying for parking. No dress mirror in room. Bonkers upstairs keeping us awake. Puny toilet. No tumbler/beer glasses. Restricted harbour view.

Breakfast was good. For $10 extra you can have breakfast in the Pendray next door, a nice semi private experience and well worth it. Location on the harbour is excellent. Corner room 242 at end hallway was great, except for noisy people upstairs. Room could use a few additional amenities. Nice front desk staff.

Unit needed some touch up renovation. There was a bad smell in the room. Gone in two days after staff cleaned up the room.

It was not a huge inconvenience climbing the steps that take to the mezzanine where the bed was. However, I had to be careful going up and down the rather steep steps. Being a petite person, the high table and chairs in the main area of the room were not the best for me either.

I stayed in one of the newly renovated executive studio suites on my own so I had plenty of room. Everything was very clean. The room was facing Quebec St and was very quiet. I loved that the hotel is just five minutes walk from the harbour, and some of the main attractions including Legislative Assembly building, Royal BC Museum, and yet slightly removed from the busy central area. The breakfast was something I always looked forward to with the nice variety of food to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel both before my check-in and after my check-out times.

Perfect location on the inner harbour. Very clean and spacious loft suite, enough room for family of four. Staff are excellent. The A/C works well on the lower level, though the loft gets a little warm on hot days - a ceiling fan would be a good addition!

Very noisy bathroom fan. Why has it not been replaced? Plumbing noises from neighbouring rooms.

Excellent location and nicely upgraded. Buffet breakfast very good and appreciated. First hotel I’ve ever Stayed in that provided fragrance free toiletries! At last!!
