Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great location in proximity to the cafe and bar. Great value.

Gravel pavement on the yard and stairs to the washrooms doesn't feel comfortable to walk on.

Perfect place to rest and clean up after a long trek on the west coast trail! The cabin was super clean

Washrooms weren’t the cleanest and didn’t have hooks to hang our stuff while we showered

Nice to have your own private space

The bed was not that comfortable, it was more like a futon put on a base but it did not fit the base properly

Handy location, comfortable lower bunk, good space for one person

Walking up stairway x 2 to get to the bathroom. Would like some clothes hooks in the bathroom. Upper bunk had very little headroom while the lower bunk was very generous.

The forest and beaches we could drive to were very nice

The name gives some expectations. Had expected the huts were in tranquility and with trails. Now it was right at a road and a car was needed to get to trails.

Comfortable beds. Nearby open air fish and chips eatery; cafe for coffee, pastries and hot breakfast.

Shared bathrooms/WC is located about 50-80 meters from the hiker cabins. Beds took up about half the space in the cabins.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The eco hut top bunks are very cramped, there were no smoke detectors and there were blood stains on the sheets. Other than that, the cabins were clean.

Hut was very clean. Shared bathrooms and showers were kept very clean as well.

They have a recreation area - it is terrible with a shoddy couch and a fridge to store your food in - i was expecting a bright and comfy space to relax and meet people. Had to go to next door property to speak to a staff member and everything shuts down fairly early.

Basic with a bed and table, and showers / bathrooms closeby which for the most part is all you need for a one night stay while passing through town.

the room was super hot with only a tiny window for air flow and no fan so made for an uncomfortable sleep. Wasn't clear on how to find the common area or kitchen or what other amenities there were so some guidance on that would have been useful.

Cosy cabins with comfortable beds. Nice location close to walks, pub and wharf.

A couple of hooks in washrooms to hang clothes and towels would be handy. Top bunk too close to ceiling making it difficult to read in bed.

Close to the water, the pub and great coffee across the road. Walking distance to all you need and the facilities are neat and tidy

    Nothing I can think of
