The soap in the washroom smelled very nice, however the shower curtain could be none existent for all the good it did. Water poured through the curtain and left a massive puddle on the floor.

I was travelling with my spouse and 2 other couples. The room layout was nice, everyone had their own private space, with plenty of communal areas around the condo, or grounds. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook and found all the basic utensils we needed to prepare our meals. We had requested an early check in, and staff were very helpful with this.

The plumbing issue and ants were a bit inconvenient on the first night, but the maintenance staff helped us with that. Management was generous enough to offer another unit, but we were settled in and appreciated their response. The unit could use a renovation as the sound insulation was peeling from the ceiling. . We also needed to re-wash some of the dishes in the kitchen as they were not clean. One minor thing was that staff had promised to make my son's tenth birthday stay special but we ended up with a generic birthday card and an offer of a bottle of wine so I think there was a bit of a mix up on that. No worries.

The resort provided a comfortable home for four nights. The room and beds were very comfortable and the full kitchen allowed us to plan our meals and daily trips into the national parks. Staff were prompt in responding to our needs and provided a smooth check-in. The maintenance staff were excellent in quickly dealing with the plumbing and ant problem on the second day and replacing the towels. The views were stellar especially from the pool deck. The hot and cool pools provided good relaxation where we didn't need to visit the hot springs that we all enjoyed.

The whole room could use a real, deep clean. There were cobwebs in the bedroom and the edges of the carpet needed a vacuum.

Pricey for what it was but the whole of Banff is disproportionately expensive compared to many other west Canada destinations.

Felt dated and in need of remodeling. Everything worked, but for the price, we thought it would be a bit nicer. To be clear - nothing was wrong with the apartment. It’s just well worn and in need of updating.

Needs a deep cleaning to reduce sneezing from dust, shower head in downstairs bathroom needs replacing. Guests should know about their balcony view, if that’s important to them, before checking in as it’s a very expensive condo to stare at “nothing”.

The pictures online are a bit deceiving as far as the size of the resort and the pool options. The resort online DEFINITELY appears more luxurious than it is actually in person. This was disappointing to our family for sure compared to what we expected from the pictures when choosing to book here.

Adequate space for our family was lovely. Wish there was another sitting option as the couch only fits 2 to 3 people in a home that can sleep 8.

The cleanliness ! I made several phone calls the first evening, the next day and the third day for dust, sticky furniture, kitchen was dirty, broken screen door going out to deck , bugs in the condo, broken shade.Very disruptive to my vaca!

Even thou the hot tub jets were not too powerful the view was great. Hopefully the pools and sauna are being cleaned well.

It's very far from town, but the bus stop is just right outside. Your stay includes the bus pass. There's no restaurant on site. The pool is a bit small, and it's full of kids.
