Our hostel is located in a vibrant area, and while we understand that the noise from the bar can be disruptive for some, we do provide earplugs at the front desk to help with that. As for the washrooms, we do mention on our website that they are shared, and we apologize if this wasn’t clear. We're also sorry to hear about your interaction with our staff.
