The hotel was overbooked and I had to wait 30 mins for my room. It was obviously not in regular use. There was no TV. It did the job for one night but the whole place was tired and in need of refurbishment.

The hotel stored my bike conveniently. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Good shower.

Locked myself out of the hotel while loading my luggage. No way to swipe the room key to get back in. Staff only comes in and unlocked the door at 8am.

The rooms were really old and dated, the outside and other rooms were extremely loud, the parking was completely full and almost on the road, almost got hit trying to walk (no sidewalk) it was super dark and dangerous not to see because there were No lights in back parking lot where we could find parking (landed in the evening), very sketchy, when we arrived the desk person was busy flirting with a person and made us wait to check in. But once checked in it was fast. Would have paid mahbe 100$ max for this, not a hotel felt like a motel.

The walls were poorly painted, corners were messy with?? Where the walks met the floor, the vuew was of a dumpster, taps were loose, dirty carpets in halls, TV only worked on one channel.

Motel is old and poorly maintained but the bedding was clean, food was OK.

The owners of this property need to do some major work. The side door where we entered was glass and had been smashed in with a temporary cover, which did not make us feel secure. The torn apart pool area is an eyesore. Covering the windows with paper would help guests not have to see the mess there. The downstairs rugs are in rough shape as is the exterior of the building.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, moving us from the 1st to 2nd floor. Our room there was clean and quiet, with some renovations and had a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The room was a good size. My main compliment to this property is the staff. They are super kind and helpful.

from the non friendly attitude of the receptionist for absolutely no reason, i guess it comes with the place the hotel is under renovation would never stay in such of accommodation if anything else was available the cold water in the shower doesn t work well, so a burning shower the room was so so cold when i got there, never bothered to heat it up, and it takes long time before it turns warm price could be cheaper, especially that the whole exterior walls are under renovation

Needs modernising, new sink in bathroom but toilet lid loose and bath chipped. Bannister on stairs was very dirty needed a good clean and painted. Carpet on stairs and hallway was very tired looking and needed cleaning.

Reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was good.

I'm not going to be too harsh here because the hotel is old and it is evident the owners are renovating while still trying to run their business but some of the renos look like DIY. In the room we stayed in, the laminate floor was coming up in a couple places but one area at the end of the bed caused a tripping hazzard. There was a bar of hotel soap put in the air conditioning machine, which I was sensitive too. The fabric on the two table chairs was so dirty that I placed my raincoat over it before sitting and the wood frame hadn't been dusted in some time either. I noticed the latter in the lobby furniture too.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Clean with the exception of a bit of dirt on baseboards and dead bugs in two corners (ceiling and floor). Hot water.

The card key for the door didn't work. The beds still had the sheets from previous guests on them. Since it was nonrefundable and supposedly full, we couldn't have another room. The housekeeper put new sheets on at 10 pm.

The linens and bathroom were clean - that's about the only positive statement we can make. The rest of the hotel is absolutely filthy. Stained carpets, cigarette butts littering the front step, moldy windows, constantly running toilet, enamel worn off the sink and the outside is very rundown. I'm a small person, but even so, the bathroom was very cramped, My husband is slightly over 200 pounds and he had trouble squeezing into it - especially since you have to close the door in order to reach the toilet paper. Thankfully we were there for a sightseeing trip and spent very little time in our room.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the receptionist was friendly. The restaurant space was lovely, the wait staff was wonderful, our meals were delicious and very reasonably priced.

We came back to our room after the day and our key card didn’t work. I went to the desk to let that person know the key card didn’t work. She made it sound like it was my fault, she gave me a new key card. However that one didn’t work either. She was not very pleasant. She did however get someone to fix the lock on our room door.

The front desk person was very sweet when we arrived. We had requested a ground floor room and an early check in. When we arrived we waited about a half hour for our room to be ready

The pool, sauna etc weren't open, it's being renovated so understandable but also think there should be reduced price until fixed, also some of the paint is chipped on the wall etc....

This was the only hotel I could get a reservation for the same evening. I arrived late and the area didn't seem very safe. Lots of racing cars and the cliental was a bit to be desired. The curtain in my room didn't close fully, so the light from the parking lot came through. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Not that I wanted to use it, but the pool was not operational.

The man at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was reasonably clean.
