A little difficult for people with limited mobility as there is no elevator but over all it’s good.

We checked in very late and all the instructions were sent to us which made the self checkin seamless. We had a very comfortable stay. Amélie & the team are super courteous and helpful. There is a dining place which made heating and eating comfortable too and must say a very cute patio. The location is excellent! I would totally recommend this place.

It was quite hot so it would have been great if the AC had been turned on in our room prior to arriving as it took a while to cool the room down - and I could not find how to turn on the ceiling fan which would have helped as well.

Our first night, after a long drive, in Room 15 was disapppinting. The room was tiny and the temperature inside was stiffling. Fortunately, after complaining, we were moved to 3 different rooms fir the remainder of our stay.

The location and parking availability was great. The staff were lovely and accomodating. We enjoyed the snack bowl as well.

This beautiful hotel is in a great location in Old Quebec. It has charm and character. Staff were super nice and helpful. Walking distance to everything. Such a magical place.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the shower/tub needs a safety bar and being on the top floor with no available elevator was challenging.

Since the building is historic, there were a lot of issues with plumbing. While showering, the water would randomly turn extremely hot, practically burning our skin. Also every flush of the toilet, be ready to wait at least 5 minutes in between flushes (takes about 2-3 tries). This was a serious issue since we wanted to have a comfortable place to shower, and use the bathroom during our daily adventures. Finally I will say to NOT BRING WHITE TOWELS! They will unintentionally steal it! (Although, not hard feelings because it was an old and unimportant towel). Parking is pricey and you will risk damaging your car. My boyfriend’s brand new car now had a marvelous scratch due to the very narrow parking spots.

The location was absolutely amazing! We were close to food, sights, and shopping in old quebec. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with eating suggestions and were always checking on us. Once we got there, we were created with an array of snacks and drinks free of charge. Overall, I would recommend!

Quite a few stairs but that comes with the age of the property. The actual toilet is very close to the bath, not a lot of legroom. But minor detail.

Love this hotel, stayed 1 night, staff were perfect, hotel is old, that is its charm, very clean, very cute room, had tv, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Coffee and tea are provided. They also add a small basket snacks in our fridge, free, how nice is that. The location is brilliant , close to restaurants, Chateau Frontenac and right in front is the boardwalk and the St Lawrence. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you.

Staffs are very polite and nice, and recommend restaurants and super market. Also, help a lot in terms of bus schedule in the last day when I need to get to gare du palais early morning. They put lots of cookie, juice and candy etc in the fridge and refill it every day. It’s really sweet for them to do so.

Exceeded my expectations! Room was clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with free juice, tea, and coffee. You can’t beat the location of the hotel either- it’s situated right next to Chateau Frontenac with easy access to all places in city center. Staff are pleasant and flexible. I enjoyed my stay here a lot!
