The breakfast meal doesn't have much choices. Only served a couple of bread choices, waffle (that you have to create on your own by the way, wait in line as they only have 2 waffle makers) and juices. We are only allowed to have 1 waffle per guest. The breakfast room also can't accommodate a lot of guests. Literally just a small room. My door can't be locked properly as well. Need to ask the staff to help me fix the door handle.

It was not mentioned that the slides were out of order before checking in, this is one of the reasons we booked this hotel, my son loves the water slides. I would not have booked had i known about the slides, an air bnb would have been the same price but cleaner. Or at the very least I would have been able to give my little one the heads up. The rooms were not overly clean, there was spilled food on the side of the desk and the tv across the room is so small you can’t even watch one of the 8 channels available. There is mold in the bathroom above the showers and the water pressure was comparable to a kinked garden hose. Don’t even bother attempting to wash your hair.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Your slide park is deceiving, you should remove that from your website since it's not functional.

Bathtub had puke in it. Hot tub as cold. Hidden fees. The breakfast was the worst breakfast even for a continental breakfast. Only thing I would've eaten if I liked them was a waffle. The breakfast attendant had to be woken up just to fill the 2 cereal containers and make fresh coffee. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

The room was small, the continental breakfast was a couple boiled eggs, some bread, waffles and a rotten apple. The breakfast room and pool area were always packed. I went to front desk to ask for cream and sugar for coffee and they gave me 1 sugar pack and a pack of powdered creamer.

In need of updates and repair. There were no working outlets in our room to plug our phones in, the bathroom door didn’t latch because the knob was covered in plaster and paint. The breakfast has rotten fruit and hardly any selection.

Close to grocery stores and quick places to eat. While dated and in need of repair everything seemed clean.

Every time I tried to re enter my room I had to always get a new card because my keycard they gave me didn’t work. So I had to always get a new card. Fix your key cards.

It was what you paid for. the slide is closed they decide to clean hot tub when it opens in stead of off time and breakfast was a joke they ran out of almost everything and were still open for 2.5hours e.g. walffles milk for ceral only one kind juice and muffins options were slim

What was cleanable was clean linen bathroom microwave cabinets counters pool area. Staff were helpful even though the were busy took time to help our cards were not working toget in room

The pool water was murky which I didn’t love, but the kids had fun regardless. The tub in our room wouldn’t drain due to too long since the hair was pulled out. The room doors were quite loud when they closed so unfortunately on a Saturday night, it felt like my own door was being opened and closed until about 2:00 am. Not to mention the gouge of wood out of the door at the lock made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Staff didn’t care that we were harassed by a wondering man on several occasions.I guess it’s called u security because u have to handle it yourself.busy for the facilities available , couldn’t get into the breakfast room for an hour and a half, so no breakfast. Water slide not available and pool and hot tub way too busy to enjoy! Not the best stay this time!!
