All the furniture is new looking and well kept. Everything was cllean and felt comfortable. There were other guest in the next room with whom we shared the bathroom and the kitchen, but they were very nice and it was not a problem at all. It might seem a bit far from downtown, but there are a lot of busses that go down the road and most of those bring to downtown/back home.

The only little thing is that it would be better to bring earplugs to sleep because there was a sound near the bed, maybe a water filter or a pump jut it made a constant noise.

There wasn't always parking, sometimes I was lucky other times not. There is likely parking at the park close by. There is also no freezer in the mini fridge. I would definitely stay again though.

Cute and cozy nice place to stay. the garden In front of the room was beautiful, great location, had some complimentary Oreos, coffee,tea and apples. They do offer parking but isn't always available but they were happy to move vehicles if it was needed. They also had a washer and dryer which was great. The bathroom and kitchen are shared so you'd need to be comfortable with sharing space with strangers. The people we shared the space with were great.

There’s too little space there, it could be a nice guest house for two people but sharing it with neighbours was complicated, especially with those who didn’t care for others occupying the bathroom for hours and not even flashing after themselves in the restroom (sorry to say, but we had to experience that sort of them)

The hostess was nice and friendly, it was clean and the room was equipped with everything needed.

The room is not sound proof at all, the other guests who were staying were very loud, so it was not a peaceful experience. As long as you are aware of lack of sound proofing, it’s still a great choice!

As a very tidy person, I did not appreciate paying a mandatory $30 cleaning fee. Also as the rooms border the kitchen, the quality of your stay is dependent upon the other guests. I was very lucky with both sets of people that stayed so no complaints, just something to be aware of.

The place was very clean and soap, shampoo and conditioner were available in the shower. I did not use these so cannot comment on their quality but it is a thoughtful gesture. The home is close to numerous bus routes and several shopping centres Breakfast consisted of an apple and an individual size cornflake packet. It is advisable to bring some milk with you. I found the bed very comfortable and I slept really well. I was quite ill when I arrived as i had stayed downtown for two days prior to my arrival and had not been able to sleep due to ongoing noise. After one night here my health improved drastically and after my second and final night, my energy levels were restored. It is worth noting that the oowner also has a nail salon upstairs. There is no signage, I found it through a google search. I wish I had known this prior to booking so that I could have set up an appointment during my stay.

The walls here are very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing, making it hard to concentrate if you're trying to get work done.

The host was very kind and accommodating, and the place was cozy and clean.

The other rooms tenants left a heap of hair in the shower which wasn’t cleaned out after their stay. Also did not notice the camera in kitchen which faced the bathroom and of course my partner barged in leaving me in a less than ideal situation.

I liked that the hosts included two bottle of water, apples, tea etc.

Couldn’t really fault anything about it. Maybe a bit on the pricey side as you’re having to share your space with others.

The bed was extremely comfy and the room/shared kitchen and bathroom were decorated beautifully. Hosts were very responsive and were great with us having a super late check in giving full instructions for us. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Renovations going on at the property (not the rented accommodation) so the back yard you walk through to get to the suite is a work in progress, but that is the contractor's fault, not the owner/operator's fault!

Beds and room were not cleaned - we locked our door - perhaps the host did not have a master key. Price is high for the services rendered - it was high season which may explain this.

There was no breakfast - which the ad mentioned was included. parking was inadequate - tight space and hard to get in and out of the driveway - construction of driveway was incomplete. room Friendly host was helpful - shared bathroom and common room was a surprise. TV, news and sports TV are minimal .
