The hosts are great, and tend to your every needs. Location was perfect - near the bus route for all activities. The breakfasts were copious and varied.

The only thing is I could not make thevTV work .It did come on but seemed stuck on Netflix but im sure it was something I was doing or not doing ,im not tech savy.I know if I had asked for help they would have shown me but after we walked to the falls and looked around and walked back we were tired and sleepy anyway .LOL

Absolutely fantastic;Owner was gardening when we arrived she stopped immediately and showed us to our room and showed us all we needed to know .Very very friendly and helpful.Beautil grounds , safe neighborhood.Walked to the falls didn't worry about parking our car it was safe.Breakfast was really good, fresh made , lovely breakfast setting , real china all served to us with a smile.We have already recommended them to friends

We are live in domino suit, it’s quite big and clean. The location is perfect, both close to Clifton town and Falls. Alice is nice and sweet We really enjoy our time here.

I went with a friend & we had to share a bed which was a bit small, so ideally twin beds would have been nice, but we did know this when we booked it.

We liked everything

Location was a short walk to the falls, you could hear the falls in the distance. Self Check in was very easy, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the garden was lovely to relax in. Alice and Jacky are very welcoming hosts, and nothing is too much trouble, and the most important rating we both slept very well..

Susan's Villa was great. Super clean, quiet, roomy and walking distance from the falls. The homemade breakfast was delicious both mornings. Protein, fruit and carbs each morning. Perfectly balanced and delicious. We had an upstairs room and the deck was very nice. We sat at the table on the cooler evenings and played cards and sat in the morning with our tea. I took a picture of the back yard because I thought it was so beautiful. The hosts were visible and accommodating but I didn't feel like I was being watched. I would go back.

Having to leave.

We had 6 nights at Susan's Villa. It was in a great quiet location. The bed was very comfy and the bath shower facility very powerful. Alice and Jacky were wonderful hosts and greeted us every morning with a different breakfast plate. Would definitely stay again.

From pre-arrival through arrival, personal assistance by hosts was superb, very hospitable and straight forward. Nice breakfast and room setup. Bed was very comfortable. The villa was conveniently located. We were very happy with everything!

I read about hotcakes during breakfast and there weren't any but my boyfriend and I aren't very hungry people in the morning so we took the apple danishes to go. The neighborhood seemed dodgy at night but during the day was quite nice and just far enough from the lights and craziness of Clinton Hill that it was perfect.

I loved the owners Jackie and Alice. We arrived quite late (11PM) and they still waited up for us to come and show us how to unlock and lock the door. The doors are all locked from the inside and we didn't have to walk through the house to get to our room, we could access it from outside. Our room was very large and blew us away for the price. We had a fantastic stay as we were only in Niagara Falls for one night. We were in walking distance of Clinton Hill and everything else. We did the Sky needle sightseeing thing which we walked to from our place. We also had the most amazing fish and chips a ten minute walk away at Nicos the next day. Free parking was also the biggest plus and saved us so much from any hotel in the area.

Everything was perfect:location, cleaning, facilities, breakfast and above to all ,Alice and Jackie .They made everything for us to feel comfortable and very welcomed. Definitely will book again next time when will visit Niagara.

It was very clean we had everything we needed . The location was great away from the congestion area yet close to everything. Breakfast was very good Alice and Jacky are very pleasant. Our room was very nice the sheets were so soft. There was bottled water as well as a hot water pot for coffee or tea in your room with creamer and sugar . The refrigerator was a plus and the water pressure was wonderful and plenty of hot water. We didn’t hear the other guests the walls are thick the deck and back yard were nice . We enjoyed the swing in the yard it very well landscaped .

Our stay was too short

It's not continental breakfast, but the lovely plates of food arranged nicely every morning. The overall feeling was very homy and clean, full of love. The location was very convenient, and the hosts provided super helpful information to plan the trip. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. Also, I was surprised to find the tree in the backyard with delicious berries. It brought back great memories and built happy ones, too

Alice and Jacky were attentive and friendly hosts. Rental was clean and tidy, within walking distant to the Falls and Skylon restaurant. I thought there was a Jacuzzi shown in the room. I may have been mistaken. Thank you Alice and Jacky for a relaxing stay.

The furniture is a bit older, but overall the property is very well maintained.

Susan's Villa is an amazing place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls! The hosts are very kind and treated us like guests in their own home. The Property is super clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast included is also a great bonus. Plus, the location is absolutely unbeatable - walking distance to the Falls on a nice, quiet street. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Falls.
