Hot tub kept blowing a breaker causing the jets to quit but staff assured us parts were on order. Fridge in our room froze all of our drinks overnight.

Only con was they charged 10$ for a playpen. It would have been nice to know prior that's all.

The pros; -I enjoyed the breakfast and the selection wad just right -The staff were so friendly and inviting. -the location is very accessible and great! - the pool was so good hot tub actually hot and pool have very pretty lights -rooms were clean and the bed was super cozy. -Leah the lady who checked us in was fantastic and so accommodating. She was always smiling and helpful. -lady checking us out was very efficient and super smiley. -the room was so massive it was nice with 3 kiddos.

The pool and hot tub tiles were broken and dirty. A little TLC would go a long way. They would not allow us to check in 3 hours early even though there was availability to do so - they wanted $60. Customer care and service and allowing free early check in since they had a free room would have enhanced the experience.

I liked that they offered breakfast and that they had a pool and hot tub. AND they share a parking lot with the Dow Centre so we could walk to the theatre show we had tickets to.

Bathrooms were stocked but lots of hair from other people on the floor. Carpets needs a good clean and elevator was very clunky.

Staff was lovely. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and was a decent place.

My family had a great time in the pool. The room was perfect for my large family. The customer service was also fantastic

I didn’t like anything

Well, I checked in went to my room. I had my two year-old daughter with me and my 20-year-old daughter. We were eating decided that we are gonna watch some TV. The TV wouldn’t work the lady working there tried to get it working and couldn’t and said well I’ll let the people out the front desk now And the bathroom sink would not drain at all. It would take an hour for a little water to drain out definitely don’t recommend ever staying there again.

The bed felt old and the jacuzzi tub was super noisy. Couldn’t even talk to my wife while the jets were on.

I was double charged for the room - I'm not certain if this was a mistake on the property's end or booking.com but my issue was never resolved and iv yet to receive any compensation to my credit card. The front desk attendant recommended us to cancel the reservation but that meant the room would go up in price. Initial room was not what I had booked as it was only 1 bed so after an hr of trying to deal with the double payment I now had the wrong room. The key cards kept deactivating which caused a hassle. It took 2 hrs to get checked in because of mess ups.

Loved the amenities, the staff seemed very professional and definitely tried to help, the breakfast was a nice added touch, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, house keeping kept up with daily cleans and even asked if we needed additional soaps. Check in agent offered to keep pool open extra time for us as we were late do to mix up in payment

The front staff lady was amazing. So friendly, polite and kind. She gave us an upgrade to a family suite but she was amazing before that.
