Very soft bed and thick pillows, not super comfortable.

The pool are was nice, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location was very close to Gibsons.

only 3 pillows on the bed and they were quite small ( for a king size bed) bath towels were really small . shower was at a really odd angle and at 5’4” i had to duck down to get under it . frame around the box springs is very rough and kind of dangerous , needs to be better . no mattress cover , only a sheet .

convenient rooms with parking nearby the room . good size rooms , comfortable beds, nice little kitchenette. pool area very nice with lounge chairs and BBQ. staff member “ Rhoda” who checked us in was lovely and very accommodating . this is an older motel but has charm and is in the process of being renovated i believe . good lighting .

However, the hotel needs to overhaul the air conditioning units: the one in my room was extremely noisy, and the temperature varied throughout the night. It affected our sleep.

Our overall experience was very good. Check-in was simple, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

Decor in some rooms was very outdated but we were told they are busy fixing up the rooms. One of our rooms had already been done and was fantastic.

Since the doors are locked at night we had to return home by 12 am. This was a challenge as we were at an event in Roberts Creek. We did not know this when booking. However, the manager (owner?) let us call when we were returning home and waited up to let us in. We appreciated this very much.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large, the pool is lovely, and the staff work very hard to ensure that your stay is a good one. Our room was also very quiet and the bed comfortable, which at the end of the day is what matters most!

The room was partially renovated which was odd (old bathroom, chairs and table with everything else new). There were no side table or reading lights. It was noisy—families out on the pool area late and our room was located on a mezzanine floor above the front desk. We could hear the phone ringing over & over in the early morning hours. Definitely overpriced for our one night stay.

The beds were new and very comfortable. Appreciated the little kitchenette, and great customer service—it’s a new owner trying to transform an outdated property.

This is a long time favourite. Its lush courtyard with the pool is a calming oasis. The room had a stove top and sink so we could prepare meals. The new owners have put in a sophisticated coffee and hot beverage machine that dispenses delicious coffees and hot chocolate - a great way to start the day or pick you up during the day. Thank you!
