Very good location in centre of Charlottetown, close to bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk from the waterfront. Comfortable room and good shared facilities. Easy free parking. Generous help yourself breakfast.

The location was ideal. It was close to the harbour front. The house was a period house with modern amenities such as the bathrooms, air conditioning, tv and modern security.

A 9:00 am breakfast seemed a little late for travellers wanting to get on the road or get out for sightseeing ahead of the tour busses.

The unit was clean and comfortable, the backyard patio was enjoyable. The property is an easy walk to downtown and main attractions. Breakfast options were fresh and adequate.

Was excited to be in my Grandmother's home again and also the home my Dad grew up in. They have done a nice Reno job while keeping the beautiful front por h door and other aspects.

We had constant issues with our key pad not working. The owner was quick to help every time. Only small things could you a few upgrades-- bath mat is in need of replacement, would appreciate a tray of ice cubes in the inroom freezer. Breakfast was great---loved the Belgian waffles! Staff and owner very friendly and quick to help.

Excellent location for downtown Charlottetown. Comfortable, clean room. Good messaging communication with host.

No personal contact with host. Breakfast was available too late for those who want to make the most of the day. With all the guests in the kitchen at once, serving themselves, it risks being chaotic.

The fact that I couldn’t change my dates.

The host messaged once I booked and seemed very friendly but there was no human interaction like you would expect at a b and b. You are sent a code and the is how you access every where. I never met the host. The doors made it hard to take your bags upstairs and easy to hit your head. The time for breakfast is very late so we were unable to have it as we had other activities scheduled.
