We had a chalet which was pretty cold in the evenings but there were no extra blankets so it was a bit chilly. Definitely would stay again though.

The property was extremely well kept and maintained. Swimming in the creek was fantastic. I was very pleased to meet the marmot who recently took up residence 😄

The breakfast experience could be improved by ensuring that food is available for all guests consistently. It would also be helpful to have a staff member present between 7–10 am to monitor the breakfast area and make sure everything is well stocked and running smoothly

There is a train that runs right past the lodge all through the night. 2 of our party slept through it but one was awoken by every train and hardly slept the 2 nights we stayed. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

This property is not in Valemont It’s about 20 minutes outside so it seems like a long drive. Although it did not bother me, there is a train track that runs close by at all hours of the day and night.

The lady greeting at the desk was excellent very helpful. Very kind.

For light sleepers, know the railroad is nearby.

I rented this for my family visiting from The Netherlands and they loved it. They went with their 2 1/2 year old daughter and told me the hosts were wonderful. The reservation included breakfast and the surroundings were gorgeous. They recommended it for others too.

Extraordinarily helpful, friendly, personable owners. Extremely unique in that every room had hand-painted rosemaling decor. Huge "living rom" with mountain View, kitchen for your use.

Although the train was quiet. Your extremely close to tracks. They don't blow horn but be informed. Frequent trains. Hottub on site would be nice to use even in summer.

Convenient to the travels along hwy 5. Big common area. Host was very friendly.

Everything in this place was amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed our experience here. The whole place was cozy and comfortable, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The views were majesic and the area itself is beautiful surrounded by mountains and creek. Shout out to all the people working and taking care of this spot - They all did an amazing job! Special shout out to Terry and family for the warm welcome, for being an amazing person. Meeting Terry, you will feel like you have known him forever! Thank you for everything and I hope to stay there again!

Can‘t think of anything!

Wonderful, serene setting. Very hospitable hosts and owners. The creekside cabin was a gem. Very cozy with firepit, seating and BBQ to use. Well stocked with kitchen, full fridge, all utensils and wifi. It was a very relaxing stay with a lot of privacy.

This is an absolute must visit. Just after entering we felt like in a fairy tale. The place is perfect. Beautiful views, amazing cottage. Fully equipped kitchen, private barbecue, small river nearby, a place to play for children.

The large common room/kitchen; the hosts were friendly and welcoming; all online booking and payment. The view, grounds, and creek running through property was picturesque!

Only critic is that the cabin is situated right next to a rail way track so some people may find it loud.

Very quiet and quaint cabin. Falling asleep next to a running creek has a very comforting feel to it. The cabin had everything you could imagine needing including high water pressure and a large hot water tank.

The trains. I sleep deeply so it was not an issue but the train tracks are 30 meters behind the property and my wife was almost sleepless.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The lodge looked magical and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the stay greatly, the pictures don't do it justice.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us with everything we needed. The lodge was cozy, and the whole area is absolutely beautiful—especially the view from the window. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here, even though it's a 20-minute drive to Valemount (which wasn’t a problem for us at all). There are also great hiking trails and tourist attractions nearby, such as Mount Robson.

It is 20 kms out of Valemount town ! Although we could have fun use of the huge kitchen!

This lodge is a great place to visit! The whole lodge and rooms are clean and authentically decorated! Terry and Lia’s couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly!! We throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and will advise any of our friends to stay here !
