The location of the place, attention to detail, and the comforts of the apartment were absolutely great. My family and I had a lovely stay. The garden and the view are amazing.

Not a problem for us, but for some, the numerous stairs might be hard to handle.

A large three-bedroom spacious "basement" apartment with a great kitchen, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, and astounding backyard with a view across the Georgia Strait to the snow-capped mountains beyond. A gracious host leaves lots of info about how to use various items in the apartment and takes the guessing out of becoming acclimated to a novel space. Driveway parking is located above a hefty set of steps leading to the ground-level apartment in a nice residential neighborhood on the edge of town. We could stay here all summer.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the Roku and the door was hard to figure out. The price was great but I found the fees and taxes were too high, making the overall price more expensive.

The suite was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and instructions were posted and clear. We barely heard the owners upstairs and the suite was very quiet. It had numerous outlets and other options to plug in your devices, which you don’t find in hotel rooms, so that was appreciated. The suite even had extra blankets to use. The evening we were in the suite was very rainy and windy so we were not able to take advantage of the backyard and view, but it was cozy inside. Every room had its own baseboard heating so you can customize the temperature.

Sound from footsteps upstairs was bad on first night. Heavy footsteps prevented me from going to sleep. Woke me up at 2 a.m. Just the first night. Also, stairs down to suite are very steep.

The washer/dryer unit took extremely long. Would not recommend using it. But a very minor inconvenience - didn't really need it, just tried it out, out of curiosity.

Absolutely wonderful view and location . Clean, spacious, and well-equipped 3-bedriom suite -wonderfully comfortable beds, linens and pillows!

Very nice suite with a beautiful view of the ocean though no access to the ocean walkway. Kitchen is well equipped, nice tv room and massage chair!

Nothing really . A lounge chair in the living room would have been wonderful when watching the sunrise over the mountains at 7 am. Early in the morning , it was too cool to use the Adirondack chairs outside to watch the sunrise.

Simply , the best apartment we have rented thru Booking.com. Immaculately clean and contains every item that we needed. The owners live upstairs and were very helpful and respectful of our privacy. The view over the ocean to Quadra Island and the mountains behind is exceptional. In addition we enjoyed watching a wonderful sunrise from the living room. There are a series of outdoor steps down from the parking area to the apartment entrance.. we found these easy to navigate even when they were wet as there is a very good handrail on both sides.

The location and the ocean views from the garden and patio area are beautiful. The rooms were very comfy, spacious kitchen and living room. Greatly recommended!

This suite is a basement apartment under the main house. There is not enough seating in the lounge room - it sleeps 6 but only has a 3-seat couch. There were a LOT of stairs down to the basement/ backyard where the entry is. I wish I was reminded of this in the final communication so we could do an overnight bag with essentials and leave the cases in the car.

Kitchen had all the basic necessities. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean. Nice backyard area with view.

there are notices about noise from upstairs, notably above one bedroom; however, the noise is evident throughout and we switched to a smaller bedroom; they need some rugs or something in the host apartment (above the guest suite)

this spot is well located near the main oceanfront road and commercial centre of Campbell River, it has great views and a spacious kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, fridge etc, also washing machine/drier. Plenty of space and some nice seats outside
