There isn’t much to do nearby without driving at least 30 minutes, so having a car is definitely recommended

The location was absolutely stunning – nestled right in the forest, offering a peaceful and idyllic setting. The lodge itself was beautiful, featuring a spacious and inviting patio that added to the cozy, tranquil atmosphere. It felt like a perfect retreat in nature.

Cabin in the woods so peaceful. Jamie was fabulous in the restaurant, he said the food was the best in Canada and he was not wrong. Had a wonderful time and meal in Storm Mountain just wished I had booked for 2 nights.

Lovely rustic cabin stay with an open fire and comfortable beds. Restaurant served amazing food - pricey but was delicious and an exceptional standard. Very welcoming staff and a good location for Banff.

Utterly charming and authentic more than 100 year old lodge and beautiful true log cabins with fireplace and front porches in a pristine mountain setting away from the hustle bustle. Dinner was delicious but you definitely need a reservation because the restaurant is small but mighty with delightful local foods crafted into fine cuisine. Our cabin was cozy but romantic and you can park adjacent so there was no need to drag all of your bags inside. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. All in all, a lovely experience especially if you can take a break from wifi which we welcomed.

Very expensive, close to road (noise), beds small and too soft (for our taste), breakfast very limited (have to pay for anything on top of one pastry, which to our opinion is not very appropriate in this price range).

Cute and cozy lodges, location is good to reach many nice spots (boom lake, vista lake, emerald lake, marble canyon), very good food at the restaurant, friendly staff.

I would love to have had an electric jug and cups and tea bags in the cabin. It was free to pick up from lodge but more convenient in our cabin

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Keep up what you folks are doing, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We enjoyed d all aspects of our visit. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, very kind and informative. We were surprised with no quiet time hours. Our cabin was absolutely picture perfect, exactly as detailed on website but better in person! The common fire pit area was so picturesque. The chairs were the comfiest to enjoy the flames with the gorgeous Storm Mountaon as our backdrop. Dinner was the absolute best meal I have had. We were spoiled with some suprose appetizers, the staff really took note of the reason we were there. Our stay was all we imagined it could be, but better. Quite grateful for the experience!

The cabin's bathroom was very tiny, dark and with outdated facilities. In general, the cabin was quite crammed when managing two people's luggage with no proper wardrobe storage. The "take-away breakfast" means free coffee for lodge guests, and a few food items for sale separately.

The location is amazing and the cabins feel authentic (some are probably 100+ years old, although updated since) and very private. The main cabin/restaurant/shop is gorgeous and a cozy space to hang out in. The lodge's restaurant is a real highlight and it served us hands down the best among the (already good) food we had in the area.

The fireplace was hard to start, and it did smoke quite a bit inside the room.

We were looking for something different than just the hotel room in Banff or Canmore, so we did get it! So natural, different, back in time, so close to nature from very comfortable bed to cleaning supplies, real fireplace in the room and log walls make the whole environment special!!

A superb off grid in the mountains experience. Cabin was delightful and the real fire a highlight. Dinner in the lodge was first class.
