Modern and new , clean , friendly… the pool could’ve been bigger 😉great location ! Loved the shower !!! Kim was amazing! Very helpful ! The elevator was so quiet! Breakfast was great!!

The only thing that surprised us was that the reservation was for 4 people in the room and we only had 3 units: of glasses, plates, forks, knives, mugs, and the same amount of bath towels, also for 3 people. On the second day, 3 clean towels were replaced, and I had to ask for another one because we were 4 in the room. That was the only thing they didn't confirm how many people would be in the room. Otherwise, everything was excellent, from the regular cleaning to the very friendly staff, always ready to help.

The pool, and Gym with towels, we do not need to bring ours , it's a bonus 😃 games room, laundry room are amazing, amazing staff, cleaning and maintaining are regular in food Court, great staff in the breakfast area always replacing food and keeping the area clean all the time.

The check in was extremely slow when only two representatives were there and one of them was taking calls for online booking. I would suggest someone that's not at the front desk take calls behind the scenes.

We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Port Elgin for 3 days, and it was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful. A special shout-out to Kim at the front desk, who went above and beyond in guiding us to explore the area and even shared some amazing hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Her friendly approach made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Parking was spacious and convenient, and all the major tourist attractions were just a short drive away. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Staybridge Suites Port Elgin to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to return!

Hygiene. There was dirty cutlery in the room. It wasnt cleaned. Even the loo wasnt cleaned well.

The bed was not very comfortable, there is definitely room for improvement.

The stay was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast – it was excellent, fresh, and varied. The location is also great and convenient for exploring the area.
