The room could have been cleaned better. The coffee pot had a large piece of glass missing which we found when we first tried to make coffee. The shower head needed fixing. I think the staff in charge of the rooms need to be checking them more thoroughly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the evening snacks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The staff were very efficient and quick with repairs.

Location, no cleaning service or new towels over the entire stay; our garbage was overflowing by the end of our trip. No free water included, had to pay for a water bottle every day; could not adjust temperature in room so we were cold every night

A bit dated but everything was clean, rooms were large, and well appointed with all of the basic amenities. I didn't check out the pool or gym but they had that too.

It was right beside the Oakville conference center which was the location of the wedding we attended. Made it super easy and no need to take a taxi or get a DD. Proximity was very important. The reception staff were really nice - they helped print something for me, told me about how I can get late check out. Very helpful and smiley. The room was large. I liked that it had its own kitchenette, seating area, work table. Made it really easy to get some last minute work in. I didn't check out the pull-out couch/pullout sofabed but I think 3 people could stay in this room cozily. I loved the quality of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash - all Dove :) Didn't end up using the toiletries that I brought. Cheaper than the Holiday Inn and I'm glad I saved that money! Holiday Inn rooms were a bit more modern but the room was smaller with no kitchenette (I visited friends at the Holiday Inn). Both hotels were beside the conference center anyway (maybe 100m or so entrance to entrance).

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful.

We had asked for a two bedroom suite with a roll in shower, we did not have a roll in shower which made it difficult for my wife to shower. The carpeting had many splits and was bunched up which was a tripping hazard.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was excellent.

It seems to be like a lot of hotels/suites since Covid, it could do with a refresh, some parts of the rooms and social areas are looking a little tired.

Terrible breakfast, not properly stocked, staff didn't want to refill items 1/2 hour before closing. (coffee, waffle) Not enough seating. Shower weak. Curtains won't close, next to bed

We got 2 bedroom suites and the rooms were very nice with attached washroom with both rooms, nice kitchenette and living room. They offered free snacks in the evening and breakfast was included too. We will definitely go there again!!

Furnishings were stained.

Breakfast was good. Pet friendly throughout the hotel. Two 50 lbs dogs were a non issue. Kitchenette was a nice touch.

Just needed to spread out the breakfast assortment and have more tables to sit at. It was a bit cramp when trying to choose your breakfast. The food was very tasty though.

The beds were extremely comfortable and well equipped rooms.

The tv in our room didn’t not have a guide, and was pretty basic. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the room and would have loved to be able to stream some movies through our own services.

The room was comfortable, loved the included breakfast and that it had a pool. The staff was INCREDIBLE. So responsive when we had any issues.

There was only a 2-slice toaster available at breakfast for most mornings, which was replaced by a 4-slice model on the morning of our departure. A conveyor-style commercial toaster would be a welcome addition.

We were made welcome by the staff, who were friendly and could answer any questions we had. Our room was spacious and quiet, with very comfy bed and plenty of wardrobe space beside the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices to suit all. The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway but without any excessive noise. We would definitely stay again - an all-round enjoyable experience.

They do offer smoking rooms and pet friendly rooms. We have allergies so it's not great with tons of clientele that smell of smoke but our room was fine.

Friendly staff, awesome fresh hot free breakfast daily and M-W they have a nightly social from 530-7pm with great healthy snacks! Arugula salad, Asian noodle salad, lean meatballs, hummus and drinks. Huge bonus! The suites are very reasonable for GTA area and pool was warm and clean! Absolutely would come back.
