As advertised, good access for those with mobility issues

There is a nice view of the ocean from the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was no disturbing noise from other occupants.

My wife has accessibility problems and travels with heavy luggage. We were told that someone would be available to help with transporting her luggage up two stairways. Someone was not there to greet us and we had to manage the heaviest pieces ourselves (we are in the 80s). At the last moment someone emerged to help with one piece of luggage. He was no where to be seen when we entered the building.

Great location. Owner did offer a minimal refund upon escalating concerns.

Lack of cleanliness - garage not emptied from previous guest, dust and dirt on the walls , garbage and food crumbs under the couch.

Location wise it was perfect, very close walking distance to everything and the host was always responsive and friendly. Parking was right out in front of the building and it was a very quiet location.

There was no breakfast but I'm not sure if it was even offered. The decor was very outdated, it felt like you were staying at grandmas house. The main part of the house was very stuffy, no windows were open, the air was super stagnant. The room description said there was a 2 person tub, unless it was for tiny people it would never fit 2 adults, that was disappointing. A few small upgrades and the space would be amazing. We were not sure if we had full use of the whole house so we did not feel comfortable using the living room or the lovely balcony off the living room. It would have been a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine in the evening.

Baseboards dirty and need a coat of paint Outside sitting area, really? Kitchen not sufficiently stocked Number lock entry not working very well.

The owners were very nice. The room was clean and had a good sized sitting room with an outside deck from which you get a great view of the water.

I didn't like the fact that there were 2 of us and one had the bed and one had the hide a bed.but there was no bedding or pillows for the hide a bed.didnt like the toilet.electricity and water does not mix for me .when I booked the room I said we would be using the hide a bed .so didn't have a very good sleep . Otherwise it's a nice room

Beautiful home and great location. Loved the spa tub.

Poor quality furnishing and bedding. Flat pillows and one comforter with no sheet. A cheap room in an expensive setting.

Accommodating host; very helpful with directions in advance. Cute, quiet apartment in a walkable neighborhood close to groceries and restaurants.

No top sheet on bed.

checkout time was unclear and too early on one night stay, noon would be expected on price paid vs. cleaning effort

Great location with a sensational view. Around the corner on Pacific St. there are restaurants ( breakfast, high tea, cafe and pizza) as well as a boutique and spa/ nail services. This is a cozy and friendly seaside town. No souvenir shops, but beaches, an eclectic variety of bars and restaurants. The view spans the coastline of the U.S. and Vancouver island. I had a queen bed , private bathroom with shower/ tub and double sinks, a sitting room and a private balcony. The photos are of the exterior and the room. In May, the cost was $310 CA so $110 a night in US.

Nothing. So much nicer than the 3 star and pricier Promenade Hotel on Marine Drive.

location was beautiful.

thought I was getting a soaker tub because your pictures show that but found out only certain suites had one. kinda dissappointed about that. Also the balcony door was very hard to open and close.

There is NO breakfast at this Bed and Breakfast there is a lovely coffee shop a block away that was fabulous. The view is spectacular the walk to Marine Drive is VERY steep. The manager was accommadating and helpful! Close to White Rock Pier and Peace Bridge and Crescent Beach!

Parking was hit or miss this is a busy area and lots of beach visitors park up and walk down. Mostly comfortable and clean needs a few things fixed sliding door and screen difficult to open and close.
