Friendly staff

The area and lobby

The one staff member was very helpful, but the other one was not. My mother is in palliative care so Donavon Moore was very helpful and gave me his card for future booking.

I asked the girl at the desk in the morning to have the drain cleaned because the water was running out of the shower and the thing on the top of the drain flipped over and it was filthy. It didn't get cleaned while I was there so maybe they did it before the next people came. I was shocked to see the price through booking.com since I was under the impression it was $127.00 a night. It ended up being $174 one night and $189 the next. Plus a $5.00 parking fee each night. Then when I got my visa statement the total bill was $544.50, instead of 432.38. I hope that if that was a deposit, it got put back on my account. I am not sure I want to use booking.com again. If I would have known the actual price I would have kept looking for a less expensive option.

The location was very convenient. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable.

2 full afternoons, water was turned off! No compensation for the great inconvenience! A false fire alarm went off, annoying and inconvenient. Most front desk staff are only semi-polite (not to Canadian standards!). I called 5 months in advance, stating I needed a room close to the main entrance. When I arrived, I was put in a room extremely FAR from the main entrance. Luckily, a pure Canadian man at the front desk was very friendly and understanding and fixed this issue.

Comfortable beds and pillows, TV had netflix app.

Very basic. Outdated furniture. Missing basic necessities like a garbage in the washroom. No Toiletries. No charging outlet near the bed.

Clean and big rooms, great breakfast, helpful personal! Everything was nearly perfect! Quiet and cozy hotel, perfect for families as a relaxing point during the trip.

I don't know why there were no vegetables and cheese at breakfast...

The property was clean.

It was hard to walk outside as there was not appropriate lighting. Also, the outlets did not work.

The suite was nicely designed and worked for what we needed. There was a pool.

There was a hockey team there that did not respect the other patrons. They sat in the hall, talking extremely loudly, letting their kids (8-10 yr olds) run around the halls, the stairs and use the elevator. The pool needs an update. It looked dirty/old.

Comfortable, rooms and beds plenty of space we were upgraded to a suite so have a living room and bedroom separate. 2 TVs so you could put kids to bed and still stay up.

It is an old hotel and could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Coffee pot had some scale but there was free coffee downstairs. The pool was small but not busy we went.

It was clean,accessible and the food(breakfast) was nice

I didn’t like the fact that i was only staying for 4 nights as i enjoyed the ambience.

Pillows were a little to soft..also on the center walkway outside from the parking lot the interlocking needs to be redone and there is no small ramp it's just a high curb.nut luggage friendly.
