We liked everything.

We had the most amazing stay at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully designed, spotless, & had every amenity we could possibly need. We especially loved the attention to detail – from the cozy linens to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The property is located in a beautiful & peaceful neighbourhood, close enough to easily explore the surrounding areas. It was the ideal balance of relaxation & adventure. One thing that really stood out to us, was how attentive & thoughtful the hosts were. Communication was on point from the time we booked. The hosts were responsive, welcoming & made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of our stay. During our stay, they checked in on us regularly—just enough to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, & that made all the difference. As a couple, it was exactly what we needed. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Michael & Mrs. Katrina for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Although the property was very comfortable, we didn't like the way this booking was handled. We didn't appreciate the way that the owner has set up the listing price and to be honest, we felt tricked. Initially the listing price was 75$. Then when you click to book an additional approx 60 $ was added in different types of fees. But this part was still ok. But after you book a non refundable stay, you get an email with two 7 page contracts written in small writing that you are responsible for everything. It tells you to take photos for proof and it forces you to pay a deposit of 700$ out of which they withhold 12% regardless of anything being broken or not, or they give you the option of paying a 50$ insurance that of course is non refundable. So because you already paid a nonrefundable booking for 135$, you're not able to cancel because of these conditions. So the stay for 1 night became close to 200 $ plus a lot of added stress because of the contracts you have to sign. I would understand these contracts for a long term stay, but for a one night stay its unnecessary. . I have never had to sign a rental contract for a one night stay or any number of night stay while using booking.com and I use booking.com a lot. Because of this extremely stressful experience, I would not recommend staying here at all. Going to a hotel would have been cheaper and much less of a headache.

I had an amazing stay at a King Bedroom suite in Edmonton with my kids for Spring break. The house was incredibly cozy, with a stunning bed and a super comfy couch. The bathroom was beautifully designed—tasteful and modern. A nice touch was the cute tea bags and the kitchen supplies that were provided. The full range of cookware made it so easy to feel at home and cook meals during our stay. The ample street parking makes it easy to park and go. The only minor issue we encountered was with the heating, as it was a basement unit, but the staff was very responsive. I had someone to reach out to every time, and they worked hard to address the issue promptly. Despite this small glitch, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely give them a full 5-star rating!

The property was clean, fresh, and welcoming. The hosts offered many extra amenities, such as coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, extra linens, etc. Upon contacting them, they were extremely quick to respond and provide a solution to our one question. The property was easy to access with plenty of on street parking, as well as a comfortable yard for sitting and relaxing.

The stay could have been better if the concerns we had were addressed as the host mentioned during our stay. We waited but no one came to fix the issues (exhaust in kitchen not working, wobbly dining chair). Nevertheless, it was still a good stay.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer on site.

We were only given 3 very small towels for 5 of us. When I phoned for more I was granted access to the supply cupboard on which I managed to find two more old looking towels but that was it. The kitchen is not terribly well equipped and the dishwasher didn’t wash well. The toilet also took a good 15-20mins to fill the cistern and would not flush between slow fills. These were all minor issues and I would definitely stay again.

It is a basement suite but with very tall ceilings lots of light and well decorated it doesn’t feel like it at all. The unit has its own washer dryer and the beds are very comfortable. There was only mild noise from the next door and upstairs neighbours.

This is a professionally managed property. Spacious and very clean property. It is maintained as a 5-star hotel. The manager replies all the questions and concerns very fast and easy. Will be back for sure.

Misleading Post. Owner Words The Listing As A 2 Bathroom And Multiple Bedroom Home. When In Actuality, It’s All Dependent On The Number Of People Booked To Stay There. I Don’t Mind That Being The Case If They’re Upfront About It. At Least Let Me Know The Amenities Will Look Much Different Because My Group Is Smaller. Was Also Very Cold, And There Was No Thermostat. Had To Message Multiple Times To Turn The Heat Up. Lastly, We Requested An Early Check-In, And Were Told We Would Be Updated At A Certain Time The Day Of, Only For Us To Get There (After Checking For Updates Multiple Times), And Get Denied The Early Check-In. Again, It Would Have Been Fine If They Communicated In A Timely Manner. It Cut Our Event Prep Time Very Short. And Could Have Been Easily Avoided.

The reason I didn’t like this property were the following: - I wasn’t provided the number of towels I needed for my stay even after calling, sending a text message etc to the property manager. - no bed sheet (fitted sheets) in one of the rooms, when I asked them they told me to look around the apartment to locate one and I didn’t, asked them to bring together with the towels and it was never delivered. Beds were not comfortable, mattresses were very soft and wobbly.

It is a good size apartment for a family, even though it doesn’t say anywhere that it would be a basement apartment I was still ok with that.
