the house is for sale, I think they gave up on making it cosy. we didn’t see any staff, its all self-service. it can be annoying when other guests in the house do not respect the quiet time because you hear everything.

Ants!! They are everywhere in kitchen!!

Advise clients to purchase groceries before arriving as nothing available nearby. I arrived without a car, so this proved difficult. Please locate ALL dinnerware in the same cabinet!! I didn't find plates until second day. Bedroom very comfortable but would prefer a top sheet under the duvet. Washroom was great, towel bar needs repair. Reasonably priced compared to other rentals was my criteria for choosing your place. Easy to use front door lock.

The quality of the bed and mattress in my room ( Center one) could have been better. The bed frame was was not firm and the mattress kept sinking at the centre.

As the house is listed, it is completely staged giving it an unwelcoming feel. Also, the kitchen items were all hidden away with no indication of where to find them. Never did find water glasses.

Communication by the time of arrival with the staff was kind of confusing. But they were nice.

The kitchen wasn't equipped as well as it could have been. A few more utensils and bowls etc. would be beneficial. We were able to make what was available work for us though.

The location was convenient, there was ample and safe parking and the room and bedroom were clean and comfortable.

it's a very large house with individual suites, which felt slightly odd but didn't pose any problems. Overall a very good stay.

Dunbar is a lovely historic neighbourhood with mature trees and very quiet. There were good cafes and restaurants nearby, but you'd need to go into the city for more. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing!

There were some points that I didn't enjoy much staying there: - Someone had put the raw beef in ice tray and the fridge cannot produce any ice. Plus, the frozen session smells funny as well as the drink water. - The microwave in the kitchen hasn't been cleaned yet. It was quite smelly when i opened it out. - my room is quite small as i expected. The bathtub was slowly draining. The air conditioner was working but hard to adjust. Sometimes it got hot inside even I changed the temperature to lower level. Only the AC fan worked. - the second night i stayed there, the nextdoor neighbors was having a barbecue party and they kept talking til dawn and smoked outside their windows. We couldn't sleep well that night. -

Overall, I like the tidiness of the room, the kitchen and the backyard. The kitchen has many tools that you can cook by yourself daily, while the backyard is quite nice. The room is easy to access and its neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
