SlovakiaCheck-in is online, if something doesn't work and you came to facility, no one is there to help. Service line / chat are working well. A bit longer distance to the city centre (30min).
Suites / Apartments are very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. We were in the middle of our stay in Canada, washing machine and dryer helped a lot. Resort has a small pool, kids used it and had a great fun. Gym is very nice, opened only till 19:00 during our stay. Parking is in the underground garage, elevator and you are in the room..

United StatesI had an accommodation reserved. A 2 bedroom Mountain View in Aurora Suites. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom deluxe suite. When I did it, the message said the elevators were being worked on. I called later to cancel one of the units. I spoke to a young man and asked about the elevators and if the ungraded unit was in that building and he said no. I explained to him we were 4 seniors with 2 of us having walking issues. He assured me again that there was not an issue. I cancelled the smaller unit. On the day I had not received my check-in info. So I called the # on the reservation. I spoke with Rashi and they had sent it but it must have gone to my “junk” file. It was a good thing, because the unit was in the building with the elevator issue. Rashi worked hard at 4 pm no vacancies, to find us a unit in another building with a working elevator. Finally she found a smaller unit. If the unit was too small, she offered an additional 1 bedroom unit, but it was in another building. A 5 minute walk away. That was not a workable situation. So, we took the 2 bedroom unit she found. It was OK, just disappointing. She offered a $250 credit, which is what the upgraded unit was and a bottle of wine. The only check-in information sent by text was the building, unit code and wi-fi info. No parking or garage info. I stopped at the Solars building to find out the info. No one there. Closes at 6. We asked around and called Rashi who told us how to get to the building from the Bow building from the Solara office, but not the garage. I asked several people outside and they explained the garage parking. It was all very confusing and after a long drive frustrating. The next day I went to the Somsrs office and spoke to a nice young woman, that the Solara office had nothing to do with our unit. Another office, I believe Rocky something. She was not at all helpful and kind of snippy. I was not rude, so confused by her attitude. I called Rashi again.
Rashi was extremely helpful and patience while trying to find an alternative place for us to stay at a very busy season. She worked hard to try to make a terrible situation workable. Even offering an additional accommodation if we were not pleased with the size of the new unit. She also reduced the price and gave us a bottle of wine.

CanadaCouldn’t get wifi to work for first 24 hours and staff was not helpful. Left the room and couldn’t get back in. Staff came to try and ended up having to reprogram access code. Showers had to run a long time before we got warm water. Check out time was 10:00 am.

CanadaThe hallway carpets looked outdated, and the couch in our suite was very worn, with faded fabric. Parking is limited to one spot per suite, so if you have two vehicles, you’ll need to find street parking. For the nightly rate, it was also disappointing that no complimentary water bottles were provided.
The guest suite was lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room that offered a mountain view, which was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

CanadaBeing told on day 2 they dont restock your room, you only get coffee one day, considering the price of the room coffee could be included. We moved the chaise in the second room and there were other people's clothes under it. The BBQ has never been cleaned and it smoked out the whole area and the couches don't get cleaned under I was doing yoga in the living room and under the couch is a HUGE spill of something that has been there a WHILE. The pool and hot tub desperately need a revamp. Feels very Prisony.
The layout, the decor in the room, I thought there was a clawfoot tub but these ones were also really nice.

AustraliaAbsolutely lovely, we stayed two nights, but we wish it was longer. The attention to detail was excellent. There was everything we could need. The coffee machine and brand of coffee were as good as we have at home. The bath, shower, and toiletries were good. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were all modern and in good working order.The private balcony was so nice to cook our BBQ and enjoy the mountain view. The free undercover car park was handy.

CanadaThe late check in of 4:00 and early check out of 10:00 is disappointing at this price point. We felt that the inconvenience of the check in and check out time was taking advantage of guests and their time and money. We also feel having paid for a deluxe room we should have been compensated for having to trek 6 flights of stairs everytime we came and went to our 4th floor suite due to having no working elevator.

CanadaAs per many rental units, room 303 was somewhat dated ,and in need of some repairs and upgrades. The bathroom sink is cracked , the chair in the master bedroom is faux leather that has all but peeled away. The carpet is worn and pulled up in some areas, and the main couch is torn. The master is large and only has a bed and side tables with lamps along with that ripped arm chair. It was spacious but lacked in appeal and could have used a small table and/or a dresser to make it more inviting. The hallways ,common areas and pool were as well kept as you would expect in winter. The car garage is dank and dirty , if you care. The location is good, just a short walk from the downtown. For the money we spent , it was fine , but it could use some updating. We d stay here again if the price was right.
