The beds could’ve had softer bedding. The duvet was pretty thin and not very soft but the pillows were good.

It looked small from the outside but the inside is so nice and very comfy and clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful even when I needed to change my room. The room itself was clean and the hotel was within walking distance to a park and some restaurants!

Good central location and good facilities. Our room was very spacious and clean - the perfect stop. The staff at the hotel were great - special shout out to Ana on reception who went out of her way to help us.

The place has excellent location with free parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. We used the laundry as we were in the middle of a long trip and that we very nice to have that service. The staff was helpful with coins and detergent. Breakfast was OK. We went out for dinner

Doors and showers can be loud at times. TVs aren’t smart tv so can’t access any streaming services

Parking is great, and the choice of two restaurants in the hotel are great for a family with a baby

Room into the room has really minimal soundproofing, that’s why all the noises from the corridor comes into your room. Could be an issue for families with small babies. Additionally, 4pm check-in time… it’s just feels like really not comfortable time. It’s quite difficult to time your trip in such a way so you are meeting this check-in time. Also, it feels like it’s just not fair for your customers that they need to check-in only at 4pm, but must check-out at 11am while you are paying for a full day stay.

Room was clean, and facility is well maintained. Really nice restaurant right in the lobby of the hotel, which is really handy.

The colour scheme in the entire facility is depressing bordering on hideous. Beige on grey on black with scary floor treatments. I think it is meant to compliment the wood and "lodge" theme but as a former interior designer I can tell you, it is failing. The breakfast was very good, and service timely. Dinner was not that exciting with limited GF options. The music at dinner was awful (canned country?), considering that NOIR is billed as something special. Some conifer greenery outside the windows to disguise yet another parking lot would support the lodge-getaway theme.

The bed in the room was excellent. The "mountain view" was technically true if you ignored the vast parking lot outside the window. It was relatively quiet. The staff was friendly.

Only had queen beds and very soft . Also not a great layout so hard to get past the end of the bed.

Enjoyed the bar downstairs and was nice and clean . Staff were lovely and poor girl at breakfast trying to serve and clean about 10 tables , great job. Though.

My room was a little far to get to and I don't walk as well as I used to. However I didn't mention this when booking so that was my fault. Some parents let children run and yell in halls.
