There was no elevator, and while the building is only two floors, carrying a lot of luggage could be inconvenient. My room still had the older heating and air conditioning unit, which was quite loud. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that I could turn it off.

The property was well-located and very clean. Although there was some construction underway, it was not disruptive. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable.

David and I would like to thank Rob the front desk supervisor for his kindness and understanding. We had to cancel due to a sudden mental health crisis in our family and he validated our feelings with his thoughtful words and diminished our guilt and discomfort of having to cancel last minute. It would be very special if some of the medical staff with whom we have dealt had the same presence of mind as Rob. I feel the renovations would have been better planned in spring or winter when the number of visitors is down. Or if they had planned them in zones so you wouldn't be overwhelmed by the mess as you made your way to your room. They were painting stairs railings in areas where we were trying to access the building, putting up wall paper in the halls and rooms directly across from ours were being fully gutted.

The property is currently under renovations, which are hard to escape from the entrance to the halls to the stairwells, BUT when we got into our room it is already renovated, comfortable finishes and clean. We also didn't hear anything from our room.

Was in room 235 , newly renovated, no wifi, poor lighting, hallway was filthy with plaster, wiriing and drywall screws all over the floor! I had to pay top dollar for a under construction hall! Not good!

Room we were in was clean but needed many repairs. I think half the hotel was being renovated but our room had some shoddy workmanship and needs a new toilet. Pocket door is gouged and there was saw dust under it.

Unfortunately the main coffee machine broke.

The breakfast is "grab and go", they have a little seating area where you can eat. They offer coffee, tea, juice, milk, some fruit, muffins, cereal, cereal bar, also they have a microwave in there for you to use anytime. They water pressure in their showers is high, "we loved it" 😍

Breakfast could have a few more selections. The room could be a little larger but overall I can't really complain about anything.

Room was clean. Location was good. Good value for the money. I left my reading glasses behind and upon returning home called the hotel and they promptly sent them and received them within 4 days. Great stuff.

1) in our room, there was no "explanatory page/booklet" For example, there was no info. regarding even how to contact the front desk. Our phone was unplugged upon arrival & that info. should have been included. Usually there is some info. about using the t.v. remote.(no, all remotes are not created equal) We checked every drawer in our room to see if there were recommendations of restaurants and places to visit but there were none. These may seem like small complaints but believe me, it could have made a good stay exceptional.

The staff were really wonderful.....efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
