Reception very busy, noisy, crowded at check in as lots of rooms not ready as guests were arriving. Trying to get suitcases to luggage storage through crowds not easy.

A great location and we loved the courtyard areas - made the hotel seem much more spacious rather than just room after room.

The house keeping the room was not cleaned properly and it was very evident

The person who was at the reception today, August 12, a woman was very rude. When we asked her to explain the payment, she treated us very badly. We asked her to call us her manager and she said she was Another thing: they removed the payment when making the reservation and the day I arrived to stay they charged again and they haven't returned the money to me. I made the complaint and the woman treated us very vulgarly.

The fridge was broken, there was old food under the bed, the air conditioning was out for the whole hotel the entire stay and we were only given 100$ discount (600$ for two nights soaked in sweat is disgusting). The movie in the common area was cute for older kids but so loud for our child who we put to bed at 8:00, a warning would have been nice.

It got really humid in our room during the night and the thermostat was reading 16 degrees. My son woke up several times during the night very sweaty because of how humid it was in the room.

We were able to check-in early and utilize our time at the waterpark during our stay.

We had room issues when we first got there where the door was locked from the inside and the front desk was super busy and people kept butting in line.

I liked the bunk bed in the room it was great for our family trip. Everyone was comfortable and had great night sleeps. I enjoyed the early access to the waterpark.

The hotel is very well maintained however you can tell that the hotel is dated. The floors are carpeted which might not be the best with young kids and being so close to the Waterpark but the housing keeping staff are attentive and do a great job of ensuring the space is clean.

The hotel is centrally located to all the major attractions of Niagara Falls. It is very family oriented and the rooms are secure enough that you don't hear the other families in their rooms. Staff was very helpful and polite and take the time to address your concerns. I love the fact that it was close to the waterpark it makes travel much easier with our toddler. Parking was a bit confusing but also there are several options available so it works. The movie night was also very fun.

The noise is quite loud. We can hear running or footsteps from above and conversations in the hallway. There is not enough parking in the building.
