Although the room we got was bigger, bed was smaller (queen). Rooms could be better sound and light proof for a better rest (black out curtains and door frames)

We booked a king room but upon our arrival they upgraded us to a bigger room. It was really spacious, very well equipped with laundry center, full kitchen and a nice balcony with view to the mountains. Easy access to the parking, hotel very well located, super friendly staff. Definitely we would consider for a next stay.

The portable AC in the room didn't work well and every time the compressor switched on and off the lights significantly dimmed - no one at the front desk so no opportunity to report a potential hazard.

The second washroom had a tub only and the room was a bit pricey.

The lodge exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom suite was equipped with a large kitchenette, washer/ dryer and 2 washrooms. It also had a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Overall a good choice in places to stay.

I like that it was a full suite with full kitchen. The bathroom was excellent. Large soaker tub. Nice balcony. Underground parking was excellent.

Not so much place in the room, the room temperature wasn’t set to the comfortable so we were freezing the first night and had to ask manager to help with that. The window in our room was broken and its frame had holes.

I loved the view and the room was tidy and clean, one of the nice features was that the bathroom had a heating floor as well as a big sized bath. The room has its small kitchen with a sink and all the dishes, we found it very convenient

I was not able to turn off the light of the living room, one of the guests slept on the sofa-bed and it was inconvenient. I tested every single light switch there and I was not able to turn off the light.

The heat wasn’t working in our unit, was quite chilly even in July - 16C. They did offer a space heater, and the little fire place helped. It would be nice though if you could control the temp in your room. It would also be nice if both bedrooms had a television, no biggie though, as the beauty of the area was the real attraction. Filling the tub from the ceiling was unique, our daughter was quite startled by it, ha!

Location half way between Banff and Jasper was perfect for us. Facilities including General Store, Pub, Restaurant and Diner plus a Gym and Spa area was beyond expectation. Also a good petrol/gas stop. Most of all we loved the spectacular scenery with stunning mountains surrounding the Lodge.

Beds, pilows and blankets were all excellent. However the rooms are very small. Would have preferred one King Bed rather than 2 x Queen beds that took up too much room.

It was on the other side of the highway but that wasn't a problem.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The car park underneath was excellent because it had the elevator central and plenty of space to park SUV's. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was very good.

Have everything inside like the whole house. Washer and dryer is a plus. Great value for the money
