The front desk don't even bother to suggest location to visit even i mentiioned it's my first time visiting kelowna. They should promote their tourist atraction. The housekeeping is excellent in mantaining the cleanliness. Excellent location and reasonable price for family staycation.

Was quite surprised and frustrated with the customer service provided by Linda Brown, Front dest Supervisor, who was checking us in. We stopped by the office right at 3 p.m., and she had a really hard time locating our reservation. Instead of checking my reservation number or asking for additional information to help, she was trying to convince me that we didn't have reservation with them and right after, that I had reservation but canceled it myself two months ago (which is obviously not true). It was a very stressful interaction for me, considering our long drive from Edmonton and two tired kids (one is a wheelchair user), waiting for me in a car. Not to mention how difficult that would be to find another location to stay at kelowna at a reasonable price in high season without reservation. I simply don't understand how someone is in the supervisor position could act with the customers that way. Then suddenly she figured things out and processed with the check-in without explanation (even though I requested one) or simple apology for confusion. Not the way you'd like to start your vacation, your family were looking forward to for the last 4 months.

Great spot to stay with the family, close to all amenities, and convenient swimming pools right outside of your room. Wheelchair friendly. It was our 2nd time staying at this place.

The drawbacks were that it was hard to get a stable comfortable temperature in the room as the AC unit blows directly onto the 2 beds in the “efficiency suite”. The fan direction could not be changed and we were either extremely cold with the air blowing directly onto us at night, or the room was stifling, making more very uncomfortable nights for all 4 of us. Not sure if this is an issue in other room configurations but because of this issue we would not stay in an “efficiency suite” again, as we couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The hotel was also understaffed in housekeeping and our room was not cleaned until very late in the day (always after 2 or 3pm when we wanted to be using the room, if at all). I’m not sure if our room location was a factor and we were just unlucky to be one of the last rooms cleaned, but even when we flagged we were leaving at 9am and would like the room cleaned, staff didn’t get to it any sooner. When we followed up we were told they were short handed, and we ended up cleaning ourselves about half the days and coordinating towel and garbage changes. From my observations and the strict room sequencing schedule staff wouldn’t deviate from, it seems that room checkouts were being prioritized over people staying on, so new guests could be checked in by 3pm., and staff didn’t have flexibility or capacity to accommodate customer requests. This wasn’t a great experience and more housekeepers are needed as it wasn’t a one off but daily issue the entire week. The room floor was also not swept properly and possibly never mopped because our soles went black when walking bare foot, which was gross! We kept shoes or socks on unless in bed. All other aspects of the room were properly cleaned to excellent standards (and much better than other hotels), on the days we got cleaning service. Staff were also polite and friendly, despite the challenges.

The pool facilities - having 2 large pools and both indoor outdoor options - are why we booked this hotel, and the kids were in heaven! We really liked that the rooms were recently renovated and modern, and we absolutely loved the location that was close to a huge variety of shopping and restaurants, beaches, and kids parks! The reception staff and housekeeping staff were also very friendly and pleasant (despite housekeeping staff shortages).

We really enjoyed our stay 🤩 The whole team was very friendly & helpful ! It's perfect located- walking distance to the beach / lake ( ~6 min), shops,restaurants, ( across the road) .. Very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. If we come back to Kelowna - we would deffenetly come back to stay!!! Thanks again ☀️

Location a bit far from the downtown, but close to some beaches and the lakeshore which was great. We went to one of them on foor. Two swimming pools - one indoors and one outdoor - lots of fun for kids. Our suite was very spacious.

Still unsure if $275 was good value or not. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but not rude either. The aging office equipment might be an indicator of low priorities for their work environment. A guy (who I think might be long term tenant) constantly walks up and down in front of the rooms speaking very loudly on his phone. I understand some Ukrainian and kindly asked him to consider that I couldn’t hear myself think

I didn’t know where to put the house keeping sign on the door. I thought I had it the right way, but I must not have because nothing was done in our room. It really wasn’t a big deal though. I just wanted more coffee for the next day.

The pool was really nice. My son said it was warm and he loved being in it. The room size was great.
