CanadaThe lack of accessibility. We travelled with someone who uses a walker. It was difficult to get to and from the front desk or breakfast. There is not a safe place to park to check in. The elevator and hallways smelled very much of cigarette smoke. The coffee maker in the breakfast area may be a nice perk but the line up to make coffee was ridiculous.
The room was lovely. Clean and very nice decor. The parking lot was locked overnight.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and also included fresh fruit. I liked the location, so close to the waterfront.. There was also designated parking for our motorcycle. The staff was excellent.
