Front desk staff gave me the bare minimum information. They have a very limited number of front desk employees, so there is always a line to checkin and checkout or just to ask for info

Room was clean. Good location. Nice pool.

The room was hot, the thermostat could only go to 18.5 and the actual room temperature barely ever reached that. We sweat most nights.

The location was good, Friendly staff.

I would say the room service menu is a little misleading. It doesn’t have pictures so when you order you’re expecting a image in your head but when you get it, it’s completely different or if the item you ordered is written the same you’ll end up getting less of what you’re supposed to get. For instance, I asked for a burger with no onions. It comes with everything else, but I only received cheese on it even though I asked for no onions, that’s it. Besides that, everything was perfect. I just wish I would’ve explored more of the hotel.

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Downtown Toronto was beautiful as well as The views. valet parking with the apps was cool, how you can request your ride and know the exact time who’s picking it up and what time your car will be ready. I love how everything was a walking distance. You could just google if you want something to eat and just explore. Driving your car everywhere is a waste. Walk or get a Uber.

We had the best experience at the Sheraton Centre Toronto! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a super deluxe room with a breathtaking CN Tower view, which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, and the reception staff are truly outstanding. Housekeeping was also very attentive and kind, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. I also want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant, Dual Citizen—one of the best dining spots in the city, with great food and atmosphere. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto. I’ll definitely be booking here again every time I’m in the city!

The hotel offer me before to booking parking, but in the time we arrive they told me look where you can put the car and go up to the room how you can, they show me very little interest in the client like I me I think. The price they said one value in the end they put what they want, but in the end I paid more that the beginning where they show me the price

Check-in and breakfast are way too crowded and understaffed and the windows are too dirty to enjoy the view. Not really a 4 star experience.

Complimentary pool use during day of departure was great and staff assistance too.

Very busy with lots of people. The 6 lift shafts were on the opposite side of the corridor to us and several rooms away, but there was a significant amount of boom and rattle as the lifts passed the 28th floor. This wok is a few times.

Very good location. We had booked for two nights and had to extend this due to the Air Canada strike. The staff were very helpful in doing this and ensuring we did not have to change rooms.

The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side.

Beautiful hotel in central Toronto with an amazing location — everything is just a stone’s throw away. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was fantastic. Overall, a great place to stay.

A couple things, but nothing too serious…. The elevators worked inconsistently for us. At one point our card demagnetized… the staff was great about fixing this, but I’d have been more careful if it had been mentioned. I called to ask where I could do laundry. The laundry service in the hotel is expensive to the point where they’re basically saying they don’t want to do it, I nearly chortled when I saw the expense. The concierge was unhelpful with my question… told me to google it. I was unsuccessful in finding a laundromat, I imagine they’re called something different in Canada, but the person at the desk seemed far too annoyed with me to divulge that information. My husband went to grab a luggage cart, and they told him he needed a bell hop for that… we were in a hurry, so we picked up all of our belongings and just carried them. A bag ripped in the lobby, it was a thing. They said we could pull the car around to load up, and informed us to let the valet know. We let the valet know and he tried to tell us to pull up next to the building instead. It was frustrating. We really just wanted to leave. We pulled inside anyway, loaded the car up inside of 40 seconds and left. There was no reason for them to make that more complicated. I wish communication were better between inside and outside staff. Why is the waterfall in a room. Half the joy of a water feature is the sound, and it was locked away inside glass walls. This was odd. I would have like the bridge to the Toronto sign to be open, but once we discovered the tunnel all was well… though you cannot re-enter the Sheraton. I would have liked a bathroom in the fan with a switch. Apart from these minor things, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone. The staff overall was very kind. Most of the front desk people were very helpful… I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped me scoop up my belongings from the floor, she also checked us out. She was very kind.

The concierge who checked us in was Marc. Marc was helpful and knowledgeable and very kind. The pool was lovely, the underground access was lovely. The person who delivered our room service and the woman who cleaned our room were all lovely. The hotel is pretty, and is peaceful, with rooms that are quiet.
