I had explicitly asked for a quiet room, but this was the most noisy room ever! The lifts were next to it, and every time somebody went up or down we heard that brumming in our heads all night, and airconditionning machine from other rooms echoing into ours. It was like sleeping on a train, or a boat, next to the engine room. Every time the lifts went up or down, it was like having a metallic trolley run outside our door, going up, going down, up, down, all night long. Once we imagined being on a train, we slept better. Not ideal for people without great imagination.

The location of the Hotel was absolutely fabolous, close to metro, easy to get around. Room was spacious, beds were comfy and large, but extremely short. If taller than 170 cm you sleep with your feet outside of the bed...

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff at front reception...close to mountain (steps to Belvedere Lookout), walkable to Bell Centre for event, close to shopping and restaurants, metro station less than 5 minute walk. Took advantage of the valet parking available and the car was returned very quickly at checkout.

Room floor - looked clean but my friend who wears white socks couldn't hide the unclean floor. Her socks is not white anymore.

The check in was fast and efficient with great service- including a fantastic recommendation for dinner close to the hotel. The room was clean, very large and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

Really it was all wonderful! The lighting in the room was a little harsh, but it didn't make the experience unpleasant.

Desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was so thorough! It was nice to have fresh towels, though perhaps I could have continued to use the soap we had already opened.

Our room appeared to be directly under the gym, and guests frequently dropped weights on the floor, making this not a quiet room. I also was not aware that there was a parking charge, especially so high of a charge.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the towels were nice and big. The location was very good for getting around Montreal.

There was only 1 Bottle of Water for a family of 3 or 2, the Coffee machine was not working and there were no slippers in the room. The Restaurant was closed on a workday. The washroom was too small for an elderly guest with a walker.

In General, it was ok. Bed Sheets and Towels and the room were extremely clean and tidy.
