Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Lots of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan and a few stains on the bath tub. Next door neighbour chatting a lot in front of my door after 10 PM.

We found large bugs in the kitchen drawers, and the pillows were so flat/hard/itchy/uncomfortable that our faces and jaws physically ached after sleeping on them. We were only provided 2 towels for a 6-person reservation so I had to chase down management who were difficult to get in contact with. Note that apparently all hotels in Tofino add a +16% fee to hotel/accommodation total bills that I wasn’t aware of until we got there.

The location was perfect! Parking was easy. WiFi was provided.

Pillows were hard. Beds were uncomfortable. View was horrible as it looked out on the back of the motel and was very shabby. There was no coffee or tea in the room.

Dust web in all corners of the room Small shareable kitchenette that everyone could use. Cutlery was not washed right and could see dirt rings on the coffee pots. Kitchenette would need a deep clean

Crumbs from other people under coffee table. This is an updated old motel but kept very well by the owners - only a friendlier welcome would have been nice and that little extra clean would make it really great. It was high peak time so obviously paid premium but best price of anywhere else. I would definitely stay here again for the great location and generally a good motel.

The location was right in the middle of town, perfect! Had beautiful hanging plants all out front. It was a very good 2-3 star motel. Beds were very comfortable with crisp and clean sheets. Quiet (depending on the people beside you. Good coffee and plenty of it in the coffee room (although it was not open until almost 8:30).

The staff is not very welcoming and the water pressure in the shower is weak. There was no ac in the rooms so it was quite hot.

The location is good and pretty cheap compared to those around. I thought it would be really bad because of the reviews but it was fine. The room was clean enough.

Didn’t like the fact that nothing was provided for coffee first thing in the morning for the price value should have that at least. So plenty of drawers saying extra pillows but there were no extra pillow anywhere except the 2 on the bed

The cost of the room was quite expensive for a motel but I do understand why the price was high. It's due to the great location and the fact that the our stay was during the busy season.

I enjoyed the upper level of the motel with it's ocean view. The location was in the heart of town with easy access to shops and restaurants on foot. I had no trouble parking at the motel. There was no additional charge for parking.
