Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe cleanliness, bedsheets were just two bedsheets put together and stained. The tables in the dinner room were not wiped down from the night before. Breakfast was only good on Saturday not Sunday because it was dry, cold and soggy, seem like it was from the day before.

United StatesAll parking is outside and uncovered; keep that in mind if there could be bad weather (smoke, hail). Room was missing microwave; first front-desk staff said "all rooms should have microwaves" and worked to get one into the room; second front-desk staff had an attitude that "we don't guarantee that any room has a microwave" and was bothered that we asked if the microwave had been provided before coming back up into the room. Ultimately, there was a microwave put into the room. I doubt that front-desk #2 would have changed us to a room with a microwave, if they did not have one to spare from another room.
Good central location with easy access for my driving needs Basically everything in the room worked: HVAC worked, toilet flushed shower & sink drained; elevator worked. Coffee maker worked, TV worked. Mini-frig would cool.

CanadaElevators are slow, but good news, the stairs are easy. No streaming services, so bring an HDMI cord if you want to watch Netflix etc. They do have OPtik TV.
Here's the deal. We stay here quite often, because of the price. The rooms are a bit dated, but for the most part are big and comfortable. We don't eat here as there are a lot better options close by. The windows aren't sound proof, and if you're on the one side, you hear the traffic on Calgary trail. If you're on the other side, you can hear the train. and some people don't like it because there are some sketchy homeless people in the area. It can be to get to if you're on the wrong side of the Calgary trail heading south, and have to turn around to get back. But the bonus is, it's right on the corner of the Whitemud and CGY trail. there's a Starbucks and Earls within walking distance.
