Customer Sevice was a little lacking. They will not check you in early no matter what. Parking was also a bit of a pain. Not the greatest place to park.

This was an interesting hotel. All the rooms are on one floor, so you get to share the common area. It is something we liked since you can use the Microwave, Kettle, get water and have access to any cultery. The roof top patio was pretty cool and we enjoyed sitting there. Just wish the hot tub was open.

There was a low HVAC hum all night long. Didn’t bother me but my husband noticed.

Nice location. Old but updated charm. Very nice common area on the second floor. King bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and very quiet. Bathroom was very updated and clean. Very cool and different shower stall. Took a little bit to figure it out. All and all we really liked it.

We had a bit of a parking debacle but overall no big deal. The shower is a bit small and weird. Functional, but a bit small and a bit silly.

This hotel is within walking distance of all the best things to do in Nelson. Bars, restaurants, shopping, the lake, it’s all right there. The room is clean and it’s super quiet at night.

The TV remote was difficult to use, and the cooling system wasn’t entirely user-friendly. The hot tub jets weren’t working. To be fair, they did try to get them fixed the very next day, and they were fixed somewhat but did not turn on fully. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal, and the amenity itself is a nice feature, but didn’t meet expectations.

Especially during the warmer months, extended hours for the hot tub would better. We would have loved to be able to use the hot tub more around 11 or 12 pm to enjoy the night sky and cooler air temperatures. The jets on the hot tub didn't work very well.

The room was cozy, clean, and the bathroom features were nice. The common lounge area with water dispenser, ice machine, and amenities were great (a decaf tea option would be a nice addition). The views from the rooftop patio and hot tub were amazing!

Location is fabulous. The highlight was the rooftop hottub. Exceptional views and gorgeous patio. Such a fun addition. Great price. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely that it is pet friendly. Beds are like a cloud. Really great experience :)

We spent two nights at the Savoy Hotel in Nelson and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful and very clean hotel with a fantastic location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop hot tub was a great bonus. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
