position is good - can walk to any main attractions - little flat was good and all the appliances were working good. Washing machine was a good bonus for us.

We had trouble connecting 2 the wi fi in our room but a maintenance guy was helpful & allowed us connect to the staff wi fi.

The hotel is in a good location close to a beach, shops with good transport links. We enjoyed the on site pool. The main bed room was air conditioned with a comfy bed.....the living area could have done with air con also as was warm during our stay.

There needed to be more mirrors in the room aside from the bathroom to help people get ready!

It seemed to me that if management went around and repaired the little things, for instance, in our bathroom the wallpaper was torn near the wall mounted mirror. Someone could have pasted that down again to prevent further tearing, but no. Little things like that.

Friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable. We had twins, and I was appalled at first, or maybe just surprised, but when I climbed in I was asleep in seconds, and that is rare for me. So comfy. I loved having a balcony. Curtains kept out the light. Great location.

Great Location , great room with kitchenette and all needed supplies . Walkable to many other locations . Super comfortable beds . I was in a unit recently renovated .Wonderful .Will definitely return and recommend .

Balcony flooring are rough cement. A/C location on the floor.

Good location with many F&B and shop surrounding. Walking distance to shopping street, such as Robson street. In room facilities are fully equip with 2 in 1 laundry washer.

basic furniture, small room and bathroom, although decent sized shower, (probably replaced a bath), building felt tired. Internet was patchy, although reception gave us another access. Area is undergoing renewal, lots of new apartment blocks and cheap eats, but felt safe. Expensive

great view from higher floor, when we arrived early they let us up to the pool area to wait. We had 2 tvs, one in bedroom and one in lounge. full kitchen with dishwasher and washer drier. location , for a stop on the bc connector route to get to victoria but was 15 mins walk from better restaurants

I recommend a fan in the bedroom. My parents slept in there and it got hot during the night compared to where I slept on the pullout couch.

The location was great! The hotel is close to restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have far to get on our cruise ship. We loved the balcony with great mountain views!

The parking basement is filthy. It feels very unsafe. They say they charge $20.00 a night but then tack on $17.00 in taxes & services. for a total $34.00

The rooms are fine. Very clean with contemporize design.

Wifi could have been faster or better. New cost of paint needed in parkade hallways to elevator

The room size for a Queen suite was not large enough for a family of 3 each with a suitcase that needs to lie down or be stored. I guess your typical 1 bed downtown Vancouver apartment size. If I could, I would have upgraded so there was just more floor space. The pull out bed for my daughter in the front room was again a typical pull out sofa bed, not the best mattress but okay for kids.

Location was excellent for the downtown/English Bay & west end. Friendly staff upon arrival, and family friendly feel at their very nice pool (which also had changing facilities).
