Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much. It was pretty well as advertised.
We've stayed here before, visiting relatives in Lethbridge. Kind of an older property, but the room was clean and in good shape. No included breakfast, but an onsite Denny's sufficed. Pool is on the second floor, basic but adequate.

There were many drug addicts and homeless people in the vicinity, it seems to be an unsafe place.

Rooms needed to have a deep clean as well as the bathroom but the whole hotel needs to have some upgrades done Bed was okay I found it to be a really hard mattress to sleep on

Walls/wall paper, popcorn ceiling would need some update. Very weak wifi that did not work at all.
Easy to find, clean bedding. fridge, microwave, coffee machine and small table with chairs were nice additions to the room.

The lift doorwas malfunctioning and closed as soon as it opened trapping my body and my arm one time. The room keys just timed out each day so you had to collect a new key. The shower drain was very slow to remove the water when having a shower. The guest laundry washing machine didnt drain or spin my washing. However, the staff were very responsive to all these issues and promptly attended to everything. They even had my laundry washed, dried and folded. Can't ask for more than that.
The staff were fantastic! The 2 men on the front desk could not have been more helpful. There was a maintenance worker who was equally helpful and positive.

no ice machine or pop machine on my floor. pop machine that was closest to my floor only took coins, no card.

Very noisy as the hotel is in the city centre. The hotel is older and has a worn appearance.
The room was large and well maintained. Lots of hot water for shower. Bed was clean.the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The sofa was dirty when we checked in - the staff were very apologetic and quick to respond and fix the issue. The people staying above us were very loud and obnoxious, unfortunately being a weekend evening it's expected, so we just drowned them out with the tv. TV channels alot didn't work unfortunately.

My room was next to the elevator so the noise level was more than I would’ve liked.

The room needs TLC. The curtains were ripped, and the chester drawer and desk were broken. Eventhoug the room and the bed were cleaned. The general condition of the furniture and curtains made it feel cheap.

Water pressure in shower was weak. Hot water at the bathroom sink did not get hot.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Tv was good size, and I was able to play my memory stick on it.
