The showers weren't great, kind of a small washroom/shower area. I wouldn't complain but if I had to pick one thing I didn't like quite as much.

Great location and price, staff was really friendly. Beds were adequate, not the most comfortable but still satisfactory. Location is walking distance from a lot of great places to eat, drink and visit.

Trams operate until 1.30 am and restarts around at 4.30 am so can be a little noisy for some.

Centrally located and facilities within easy walking reach lovely shops, Calgary Tower, outdoor eateries down a pedestrian only street gave it almost a European feel. Sitting on 7th Ave which has the Trams operating gives you free travel across the centre for free, onward requires a small charge.

Really central great for exploring Calgary and its many sites all within walking distance. Tram is free along the main central area a plus for getting to central to visit the Tower. Many outdoor eating places on the pedestrian only street, gives almost a European feel. Fantastic shops within easy reach.

There was no fan in the bathroom.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was good, as it was in walking distance to most sights downtown. Being attached to the +15 Skywalk was helpful in getting around the city.

Location is a ways from downtown. Checkin was just ok. Absolutely no information about what is available, what are things to see, etc. Seemed like the girl was in a hurry to get rid of us. Put sign out to refresh our room and never came. Neighborhood was borderline not safe at night.

The best part about the hotel was Moxie's on location. Excellent restaurant and service

1. Breakfast- No buffet here, just a restaurant where you can order as per menu. It meant that while I went to have breakfast an hour before my work, It took me 45 mins (ordering-> cooking->service-> bill brought over). In the end, I was panicking a bit and wished I had ordered just a beverage like many others. Not a big issue though, just something to be aware of. 2. The staff were not aware of any local amenities. I arrived by 11 PM and was told nothing is open at that time. I later found out that this was not true. It would help if staff were aware of local eateries that were walking distance away.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. It had all amenities including a fridge as well as a microwave. Also had a small table for official use which was helpful. The wifi was good enough for my use though I used my 5G phone mostly, as I was here on official trip. There is a small convenience store just across the road, which is open late. There are halal food shops such as Kabul Lounge at walking distance (closes at 4am). There is a Timmy just across the road too, though they don't serve food after evening.

The room, which had two queen beds, fit 3 people and their luggage well. The AC worked, the bathroom and sink were clean, and amenities were easily available.

The parking instructions are not very clear for 1st time visitors. You cannot park in reserved places. Or you will be charged parking fees.

The early check-in option that we had booked did not work out as rooms were ready. The matrasses were too soft.

The rooms were sufficiently spacious. The hotel was well situated in downtown Calgary just at the street where the tramline was passing to get into the city for free.
