Pool was great, location was right off the highway no road noise. Beds were soft and I like a firm one, very minimal toiletries but the staff fixed that just had to ask.

This hotel used to offer buffet breakfast which we really enjoyed. It's now a different restaurant. It doesn't offer buffet and it isn't included in the price.

Unable to block out the sunlight and a lot of noise from other rooms. Decor rather worn. Lack of decent glasses , pool very busy. No complimentary shower gel in bathroom. Ice on one floor only and no signs to tell a person where to find it. Freezer needs defrosting.

We were missing a chair on the patio so had to grab one to sit out there. Pool was really loud. Would have been nice if there was a quiet area to swim or lounge by the pool

Outdoor heated pool was main attraction for staying here . Hotel provided clean pool deck towels daily . Landscaping around the pool contributed to an enjoyable experience .

Fridge needed defrosting which i did it myself after maintenance did not thus I couldn't use the fridge for two out of four nights . Only found one ice maker machine in the building and think during high summer season that Hilltop Inn could use two machines . No room safes but there isn't high crime in this area I don't think .

Heated Pool was the Best part of our time at this location and landscaping around the pool area contributed to the holiday experience . Hotel provided lots of clean pool towels daily . Staff super friendly . Good parking . Air Conditioning in the rooms worked excellent . Bathroom Shower was huge with double shower heads and good supply of hot water . Definitely will come back for another holiday here .

The pool was freezing, the hot tubs were not hot and they were tiny and a little dirty. Also the amount of spiders in the door ways outside, and the walking corridors, and the upstairs hot tub. The room I stayed in the first night was lovely. The second room had some minor scuffs, sandy floors, and the fridge was in need of maintenance. I did notify staff of the repairs the room needed. They need more local drink choices in the restaurant.

The pool was gorgeous, very nice hotel. The location was nice and quiet, it had a restaurant on site (limited hours) but still nice. The main hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were great sizes and had all the things needed (towels, toiletries), coffee and fridge. I can't remember if it had a microwave but I'm sure it did.
