The bathroom could do with a renovation/update

The Motel was comfortable and convenient for our overnight stay on our way up north. It's an older building but the beds were comfy and there was a couch and large fridge with a few kitchen items.

Unfortunately there was no plug in the bathroom for my hair dryer.

Sadly there was not enough room to get my dad's wheelchair to the side of the bed, this made it very difficult for mom to get him into bed.

My elderly parents stayed on their way home from a funeral far away. Mom said the staff were very helpful and friendly and they really felt welcome.

The bathroom light flickered. For tile uneven and based on feet.

The dog could stay but there was an extra fee.

I didn't like that. I wasn't told until I arrived at the property that I would be charged extra for the dog that we had with us. An extra $25 which I wouldn't have minded paying, but there is absolutely no place to take your dog to allow it to relieve itself. They have a patch in the back that has a fence but the gates are broken and there's glass and cigarette butts everywhere. If they had put a bit of effort into that backspace, it really could be a nice place for puppies to relieve themselves and that would be nice given the fact that you're being charged $25.

We absolutely love the cleanliness, although when you pull the bed out there's quite a bit of dust there. Perhaps a little moving the furniture around and extra cleaning would benefit, but overall it is a pretty clean place.

Kitchenette: only 2 plates, one fork and 1 kitchen knife. No bowls. We were a group of 3 & the room can accommodate 4. The property is old and in need of refurbishment.

Traveling through to Williams Lake and the highway closed due to an accident. We booked a room for the night and based on the price we were very pleased with the whole stay. The property was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Very pleased

It could use a coat of paint to brighten the interior..

The bed was comfortable. Ideal location for our travel route. Nice to have a TV that I could get to work. The interior was very drab and a coat of paint would really improve the visual appearance. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Front desk was so friendly and very helpful. I had a late check in and he got me checked into a cheaper room than i booked and let me check out a little late so I could get enough sleep to drive the next day.

Room has a mold smell, some furniture is quite old. They do have a powerful AC but it also generated quite some noise.

Place is quite convenient located, you can park your vehicle just in front of your room.

The motel is right off the highway but I didn't notice it too much until morning. The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up

Walls were gross and dirty needs to be wiped down. Shower didn't seem clean was hair from previous person on walls of shower and just plain gross

The room needed attention to detail, windowsills are in need of cleaning, i wiped a area around the toilet paper roll that was dirty, doors needed cleaning attention and behind the nightstand is/was dirty,( i used the plug beside which is how i saw it) the room was booked as a queen bed but it was only a double. The pool was out of order

No breakfast was offered, the location was great, close to a few eatery’s, the cleaning staff was very agreeable, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The extra effort of outside eating/ visiting areas with netting and good lighting was very appreciated and there is a good sized area with gates for my dog to have a off leash romp

It is a little noisy as it is right off the highway.

The motel is just off the highway next to the Chevron gas station in Cache Creek. Room 8 is very comfortable and roomy with all the amenities and a nice bathroom. The Internet connection is great and there is very large screen TV, a fridge, microwave and small table.

The neighbour fright next to our seating area was smoking , there should not be smoking allowed right outside the door of a non smoking room. Need to set an Atea away from rooms

It’s clear that efforts have been made to upgrade the quality and feel of the place. Good quality tiling throughout and nice decoration. But, quite a lot of dirt and wear around the edges.

The room could have used a bit more cleaning as the shower head was very dirty and the toilet kept running. I noticed a lot of dirt along the baseboards and the walls and door to the bathroom were dirty plus the toilet itself was dirty upon arrival.

The beds were very comfy and the staff was very friendly:)
