We asked the front desk to change the burnt out light bulb above our front door so we could see at night when we can home and to avoid people who might hurt or rob. It wasn’t changed the next day. When we checked out, we asked the maintenance man if he had been told . He said no.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There was coffee spilled/dried on our door (inside) - we arrived late at night and noticed it only the next morning - and some glasses were not properly cleaned, but other than that everything seemed ok. A bit pricey for just one night, but I do understand it is a nice location closer to the national park (and there was also a festival in town...)

Good location, right 5 minutes away from Canmore center, very easy to get to and accessible, close to different drive through and not far from Safeway market. Our room included a small kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a problem with our fan.

I didn't know that there was coffee in the lobby and I never went to the 3rd floor to see what was there above the pool.

No air flow in bedroom. Screens to windows were not secured, kitchenette window had no screen

Rustic cabin style room was exactly the atmosphere we wanted. Separate rooms for the beds allowed decent privacy for 3 people. Kitchenette was well stocked.

The room was to dark, as the lighting was not very good. There were multiple standing lamps that were not very bright. The shower head was to low and awkward to use. The room had a simple lock and bolt on the door and didn't feel very safe over night. The front desk staff weren't very helpful when asked about the fire pits outside.

The lodge was in a good location, with a short walk to Canmore's downtown. There was always parking available. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The AC unit was a good addition as it kept the room cool.

Was up on the 3rd floor lots of stairs to carry up.Also the price was a little steep but I guess you get what get in that location. Also the beds in my room were like sleeping on plywood very hard and the sheets were like out of the 70s

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a room tucked in a corner. Very private. Beds were good, wifi was fantastic. It was a chill place with outdoor seating areas and they offered games etc

Brown bedding & towels

The room was clean. I personally would prefer white linen and towels - not too fond of brown - but the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean & tidy. Maybe the rooms need a little modernizing, but the location was easy to get to and easy to get to local amenities.

There is an ongoing construction across the street, and train/traffic noise (our room was at the very far end, so very close to the main road).

It is dated and dark inside. The price was very high but it was school holidays. Construction noises nearby but can't be helped.

Close to shops for coffee. Kitchen facilities are great with a full-size oven. Very comfortable bed. Good washing facilities. Clean towels most days. Not very busy area and close to highway to tourist areas.
