Unexpected Basement room, demi sous sol. Very humid, and windows facing underneath cars in parking lot so couldnt open windows. No closet.

Bed were really not comfy. Felt like sleeping on a box.

Staff (reception, cleaning lady, manager) were really wonderful and professional. Breakfest was really good. Pool was a great addition to our vacation.

Not much light in the room, but during the day with the curtain open its fine. Not all electric plugs where working. But those are little details

the sink is too small. way too small, and almost all their instructions or sign ages are in french. what about visitors coming fron US or other canadian provinces who doesnm't understand French.

Well located in Granby. Has air conditionning in the room. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good. The Chinese restaurant is also a good option for lunch and dinner.

It was noisy with guests settling in until around 11. We were traveling with kids, so that was a bit annoying. Walls seem thin. We would stay there again.

Location was great. About 5 minutes from the Granby Zoo, and amenities . Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

We booked with breakfast but when we went for breakfast, there was nothing left, just some bread slices. No fruits, no eggs, no potatoes, nothing to eat. We didn't eat breakfast there. So, only Cons was breakfast.

The particular room I stayed was a little bit noisy. Noise was coming from the refrigerator. There is no noise proof against the adjoining room.

Breakfast was good. There was enough parking space and staff were friendly.

Parking lot was full when we got there and the luck of parking continued thru the stay.

The common area is handy.

The breakfast was very disappointing, it consists mainly of baked goods, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs or omelette or fruit were available. Our room was right beside a staircase so we could hear other guests walking up and down all night.

Our room was like a dungeon as there wasn't enough light not helped by one of the lamps not working. It also smelt a bit musty. Wasn't overly impressed with food in restaurant and it closed a bit early. The restaurant staff were accommodating which was nice.

There was an in house restaurant which was good as we arrived late. Granby is expensive and this was more reasonable than most.

the staff at the front desk was friendly and gave us a different room on request because the first was not cleaned well. second was better but also not perfect. wifi signal is great and location depends on what you plan to do

Not the hotel’s fault but there was a road closure that required a complicated route to access the hotel from the highway. We felt that was something we should have been warned about by the hotel. Fortunately we used GPS to find our way back to the highway in the morning.

The breakfast was okay; we had better at other stops on our holiday. Liked the pool. The Chinese/Thai restaurant on site was very good.

There was the smell of disinfect products in our room so we need to max out the AC and leave the balcony door opened for a bit to air out the room.

There are two large outdoor swimming pools that are very cleaned. The free continental breakfast is great. The room was very clean with mini fridge and microwave. The sit out balcony facing the pool was prefect watching the kids swimming. Quite a few of large chain restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.

Bedroom need some upgraded ( rug and patio screen). It was hard to close the bathroom door. We found that it was over priced for what it was.

The staff was very friendly and it was close the Zoo. The beds are confortable.

The decor was out-dated in rooms, needs some updating. Pillows need to be replaced. Need more chairs at poolside, very limited channel selection on television
