It was...ok. The bed and accouterments were great, which is all that I really needed. Nice that it had a kitchenette, and the roomkeeping seemed as good as can be expected.

The room location was at a busy intersection with constant sirens and sports car revving noise due to all the high-end car dealerships surrounding the location (room 206). I could handle it for the time I spent in the room. The decor feels about 20yrs old and desperately in need of renovations. The pics of the rooms look good but pretty much everything felt janky like the loose kitchenette faucet. There was a couple small areas in the bathroom with black mold in the grout and everything felt like it's barely holding together. These small things are to be expected for a hotel this old though and I still found it more than adequate.

The hotel and specifically the room needs upgrades and renovations. There is mold. The carpet smells and needs to be replaced with wood or tile, no carpet. Sleeping was difficult with the smells. The bathroom shower curtain smelled Breakfast is extra at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel was a maze of hallways. The neighborhood is a bit unsafe to walk at night.

Staff was friendly.

Room was not inviting, white like a hospital. I would not go back. For a 4 star hotel I guess I expected so much more and was disappointed. I went to 3 stars who had much more updated room, and felt more comfortable. Bathroom was also very dated. This hotel needs a refresh.

I stayed one night in a one bedroom in this hotel. Nothing was good in this hotel. Absolutely terrible. I paid 192 dollars for this hotel. Not worth it. The only advantage of staying in this hotel was the free parking space. Other than the parking space, it was terrible. The main downside of this hotel is the facilities and infrastructure. I felt like the facilites in this hotel was back from the 1960s and my mom agreed with me. I think this hotel should do some building renovations. I think the money worth paying for one night in one bedroom in this hotel would be 100 dollars. I paid almost 200 dollars. I stayed in other hotels in Quebec, Ottawa, and Toronto. I paid approximately 200 dollars for all these hotels and Ruby foos were not up to the 200 dollar standards.

I liked the location especially if you don’t drive, everything is around you. Also the parking is free which is bonus.

Where do I begin! Not sure if I am just too bougie but they only provided 2 body towels, if I wanted to wash my hair there wouldn’t be a towel. I had to ask for more towels. The room had a weird smell almost like an old nursing home. The ice container was dirty and there was no bag provided, I had to ask for one. The lighting was dark and the side table lamp would turn off every time I turned it on. They only service breakfast and lunch. The staff didn’t advise about the restaurant or any places around us. The bathroom is the tiniest room I have ever been too. Literally you have to close the door before you sit on the toilet or else it won’t be able to close. The bed was not the comfiest especially for a king. The window was open when I arrived and when I went to close it there was mesh missing so only the lord knows what bugs got in during that time. Finally, I paid with debit including the $200 security deposit. I was told when checking in that upon checking out I would get back my security deposit immediately. That didn’t happen when checking out I was told I would have to wait 5-10 business days or whenever the bank would release the hold. That actually really pissed me off as I was going to use money toward gas as I live 5 hours away.
