We came off the Rocky Miuntaineer and our luggage was held up. It arrived during the night but it was too much hassle for the night porter to take it to our room

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. A little bit to walk to good services

Never tried the restaurant as it did not come across as appealing for the prices based on available food options and the restaurant atmosphere.

When we arrived, the bath tub wasn’t draining. We called the front desk and they had it fixed right away. The pool and hot tub were a very nice part of each day of our stay. Parking was helpful and good price. Great location in town.

We found it to be a little overpriced.

The motel is in a convenient location to downtown Banff. Easy walk to restaurants and shuttle buses.

Banff is just so bloody expensive. I mean $800 AUD per night is crazy money for an average hotel. It’s a bit much. but that’s Banff. you gotta pay it.

size of the 2 queen with fireplace was really good for 4 people even though we went in ‘ Banff summer’ and didn’t need the fireplace.

The Jacuzzi and Steam room were too hot for our liking, but the little swimming pool was perfect as not cold.

Great location, on the main road in, next to a bus stop, but also just 10 mins walk to Banff centre. Very helpful, polite, efficient and happy staff. Good clean room with very comfy bed and great shower.

Negatives: the bath towels were smaller than average. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay.

Positives: large room with plenty of space, very clean facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location within a 10-15 minute walk of the centre of town.

Good and Comfortable Place Along Banff Ave

Housekeeping failed to clean our room on the first day. We didn't put a do not disturb sign. When we came back to the hotel at 4pm to rest for a bit, we have to call guest services to send someone to clean our room. My toddler has special dietary requirements. I was told by the reception to go to the restaurant and ask help to get my child’s food reheated in the microwave. The kitchen staff wasn't accommodating and pushed back. The hotel should have a microwave for the guest to use, at least one in every floor or in a common area.

My family got the Junior Suite, it is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 toddler. The resort is within 7-10 min leisure walk to the main shopping areas, along Banff Avenue but not as busy / loud to traffic as the other hotels that are closer to town. Parking was indoor and heated. The fee is $20/day.
