We enjoyed the location and the little loft for the 9 year old. There was easy access to all the areas that we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean.

The places that we have stayed in the past were more accommodating in regards to staples in the kitchen, cleaning service, and resources. The kitchen was not as updated as we are used to.

A decent little place with a good shower, comfy beds and a nice seating area for eating and relaxing. Easy to check in and parking worked well. It was a good location between Canmore and Banff, allowing us to visit both without a long journey (less than 20 minutes).

The bear skin, stuffed beaver and canada goose upstairs were unsettling with no previous warning. Some flaws in facilities include the absence of a sink drainer and only one oven tray.

The location is very good

Upon arrival at 5 pm, the room was not cleaned. I had to wait 2.5 hours for it to be cleaned, which was done hastily and left a mediocre impression. There were no sheets for the bunk bed, and the bath soap was almost empty. Additionally, pipes were leaking at the stairwell. To make matters worse, a Southeast Asian man barged into the unit at 10 am on the last day, claiming it was his unit. This poor coordination between move-in and move-out procedures left me feeling frustrated.

Upstairs bed in mezzanine was very stained. Do not like having no front staff available. Will chose accommodation with personnel available next time. Very expensive for very little service.

It’s quite and very good

Great location just 8 minutes from Canmore and a short drive to Banff. Easy access to the highway. Ask for a room at the back to avoid highway noise. The unit was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom has a balcony. There were toiletries provided. WiFi was good. Salt, pepper are provided and there was a good sharp knife. The unit was warm on one cold June day. We really appreciated the large washer and dryer and TV. Plenty of parking.

I needed to ask for the unit number and door access code. No toilet paper in one bathroom. One dish towel was provided but not enough for a four night stay. Some Teflon pots and pans were too scratched to use. An unexpected Xmas tree in the living room in June.

Super convenient location for Banff National Park, Canmore, and IFP without the price tag, very clean, well equipped.

Heating seemed permanently on even when we turned to minimum, but opened a few windows and all was equalised.

The location was good for going between Banff and Canmore areas. Perfect size for 4 people and having 2 washrooms was awesome!

All was perfect

The Canmore location was great. The owner was swiftly getting back with questions and repairswhen our doorjam broke and toilet clogged the first day. The facility was clean. We loved being able to wash and dry clothes. Not having to buy bear spray was a bonus also.

Mugs were too small, and the air conditioners needed attention. We reported this when we left. He acted like they would make adjustments.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Gorgeous two bedroom vacation home for a price comparable to a single room. Contactless check in/check out, cozy interiors and outdoor patio with fireplace. 11/10 would recommend

Location was good near to the gondola and all the amenities as given in the advertisement. I am vegetarian and I always like to eat homemade food. It was fantastic for me .
