Upstairs bed in mezzanine was very stained. Do not like having no front staff available. Will chose accommodation with personnel available next time. Very expensive for very little service.

I needed to ask for the unit number and door access code. No toilet paper in one bathroom. One dish towel was provided but not enough for a four night stay. Some Teflon pots and pans were too scratched to use. An unexpected Xmas tree in the living room in June.

Great location just 8 minutes from Canmore and a short drive to Banff. Easy access to the highway. Ask for a room at the back to avoid highway noise. The unit was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom has a balcony. There were toiletries provided. WiFi was good. Salt, pepper are provided and there was a good sharp knife. The unit was warm on one cold June day. We really appreciated the large washer and dryer and TV. Plenty of parking.

Heating seemed permanently on even when we turned to minimum, but opened a few windows and all was equalised.

Super convenient location for Banff National Park, Canmore, and IFP without the price tag, very clean, well equipped.

Mugs were too small, and the air conditioners needed attention. We reported this when we left. He acted like they would make adjustments.

The Canmore location was great. The owner was swiftly getting back with questions and repairswhen our doorjam broke and toilet clogged the first day. The facility was clean. We loved being able to wash and dry clothes. Not having to buy bear spray was a bonus also.

This 2-bedroom unit was exactly as advertised - perfect setup for a visit to Canmore and Banff. The heated floors and fireplace were appreciated, as the home was warm throughout our visit. Comfortable beds and a well-supplied kitchen made for a restful stay. Great value for what we paid.

It was really good if I'm picky the fan in the laundry was a bit loud but didn't impact our stay, and I would rather have the fan and the laundry it is a great place

Incorrect door access code upon check-in, but the host was quick to respond with the updated access code information (within just a minute or two!).

Great location and quick responses from the host on all of our questions (on accessing the unit and the pilot light). Was a great value - nice size, and beautiful location and proximity to Banff without the price tag!

'fussy' house rules - no shoes, put the towels in the laundry. check in was shambolic. Multiple whatsapp messages and phone calls to get # of the unit and lockbox code. very stressful.

Hair dryer is not working properly. It could only work in lower output.

Nice house for staying in Banff area. Only took us ~15mins to Banff. Facilities are great. They have two washrooms which is good for groups.
