The staff were nice. The location was great and the e-bikes were a plus!

The pull out sofa needs to be updated. The fabric looked dirty /worn out. Other than that our room was nice and comfy. It was nice having an AC!

Room was nice and clean bathroom upgraded.

It was very weird small in the room, and it wasn't very bad , most like "smell of old hotel"

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean & well stocked. Large community room was great for games/cards/etc.

The place is a bit dated - but still fully sufficient! The breakfast could be a bit of a madhouse and didn't have many healthy options or protein. Always a line to get a coffee as there is only one machine and no brewed coffee.

The price was a bit high for a motel.

The staff were helpful, the free e-bikes were great. The Goose trail network is nearby.

The exterior of the building really needs some work.

The receptionist( guy) who checked us in was amazing. Super friendly and professional.

Staff at reception are very helpful and friendly. Same as the kitchen staff- always clean. Breakfast room is always full of healthy choice of food.

Everything looks clean and orderly, but every time we were in our room, most of us have this allergy like symptoms which very unusual. Started on second day, when myself and my husband had the same kind of condition , then on the third day 5 of us feeling sick with runny nose and headache - thinking it could be because of our whole day walk outside. But thing was worst during the night. It also might be because of the smell of room/carpet??? Upon return home, most of us felt much relieved just my husband and nephew not so well.

The location is not super central but it’s not like they are hiding the location. If you know Victoria and you can read a map, you’ll know you aren’t staying right downtown. It was a 9 minute drive to the harbour front.

First of all: The stay is incredibly overpriced! For a simple Motel we wouldn‘t mind the stale smell in the room, the old furniture, the loud AC, the thin walls and especially the very simple (to be kind) breakfast. But for the current pricing it‘s just ridiculous. Could‘ve been a 8 out of 10 if the price was matching the conditions.

The room was clean, bed linens fresh and washroom clean

I did not now how they have very few shower towels. I expected 2 sets but only 1 was available and to get more, i had to call housekeeping

The breakfast was standard, but the location was disgusting. It literally smelled like a homeless shelter. Because it was. No one told us, that they used these hotels for house homeless and drug addicts during convict. This place was horrible. They took 300 dollars from us

I loved there was casting option on TV. And bed was very comfortable.

It’ll be nice to rearrange settings for breakfast. Lineup were against each other.
