Our fridge died on our first night. I told the front desk, and a new fridge was delivered and the old one removed within 30 mins!!! A full size! This blew me away

Room was smaller than typical hotel/motel rooms. There wasn't a lot of room to maneuver around the beds. We booked a room for 4 adults, there were only 2 bath towels in the room

Loud drunk people, that were staying there, playing cards out on the patio deck, by the pool, well past quiet time. It's okay to have a good time but not when other people need to sleep for work the next day.

It was nice and convenient and easy to access, nice pool and rooms.

The room itself didnt have alot of essentials for the kitchen . 1 fork for 2 people , 1 steak knife , no can opener , wine opener for wine country should be a standard lol The lady at the front desk must have been having a bad week was not the friendly type. The man and the owner and rest of the staff were friendly and helpful .still will go back as everyone is allowed a bad week. Just bring more with us to cook

Private deck was not clean, seems to be forgotten by cleaning staff. Bathtub would not drain, no ventilation fan in the bathroom. No staff available on check-out, unable to notify staff about plumbing issues.

The stove only had 1 burner that worked properly, but I only used it once to boil the kettle, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. The AC unit seemed loud so I ended up using ear plugs to sleep as I am a light sleeper.

We had the corner suite on the main level with a glass patio door that opened to the pool area. Seemed like the best spot of them all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It is a fine motel for the low price! Rooms are a bit cramped and furniture is outdated, but the beds are comfortable and the room was clean. It's about 25 minutes walk from the downtown area.

The bathroom sink plug didn't close fully, so the water drained out. The tab that led up to the plug also detached

The room was close to the car parking. There was a bathtub and a kitchenette. The location was quiet and close to the lakeshore. The price was very good.

The rooms aren't sound proof. We could hear people talking or walking above us in the middle of the night.

Clean room, friendly staff, a EV charger on site. We stayed after the pool closed for the season but looks like pool would be nice to use in the summer. Lots of parking close to Okanagan Lake and walking and restaurants.

The A/C unit was loud and slow to cool.

We booked a king suite and a 2-queen suite. Older style motel in excellent condition, newer beds and kitchenette. Great location near waterfront & places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

it was close to everything. It had everything we needed and the fridge was nice and big. The place was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. It was great value for the price. We will return next time we are in Penticton.
