How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Barn door styled bathroom door came off the track and posed a danger risk. Staff dealt with it promptly. Aging facilities.

Pool area needs more attention.

For such a nice hotel, the breakfast was disappointing. It was the same food that you would receive at any other hotel that offers a free breakfast, only it was expensive and had tater tots instead of potatoes, which in my option is a lower grade food, even if you ordered off the menu it came with tator tots and most of what's on the buffet.
The hotel and staff were very nice, the room was exceptional, beautiful and very clean It was close to everything and could not be any more convenient to the CN tower or to attend a Blue Jays game. I highly recommend a stay here.

It was a little costly but again loved the convenience and the views of the ball field are so fun to experience. The restaurant was nicely located and convenient however the quality of food was just subpar for appetizers. The nachos were kind of a joke for the cost. The amount of chicken on them was very small and not worth the cost. It would be nice to have a great convenience but great quality of food to go with the price and convenience. The breakfast however for my son who is 11 and $10 was superb and very much appreciated. The hostess even gave me a cup of coffee to enjoy (at no cost) while I sat with him to eat. Thank you, that was probably the most generous and made the trip extra special. ( I can't remember her name)
The view overlooking the ball field is SO amazing and a must do! The city view was fine also and the rooms were both very nice! We enjoyed our experience here very much and loved the convenience to get around to see Toronto's sites.

It would have been nice if they had automatically replaced the bottled water once I used it up, but that didn't happen. However, they did give me new bottled water in my room when I asked for it.

No beverages for guests to purchase . They soda machines .. but come on , for the price of the room, they should be able to offer something for the guests .. even smaller hotels have something .. doesn’t matter the cost , we had to walk to a local grocery store.

Washroom on lobby floor is small. Needs two booths and additional urinal
My partner asked if there was a room on a higher floor for view. We were upgraded to a king on the 11th floor. Location is ideal.. walk every where. Actually did not know about the breakfast. Missed it three days in a row.

No green tea in the room ( I dont drink black tea) and no drinks in the fridge. Would have been nice to have some drinks in the fridge and whatever I take can be added to my bill

Construction made it difficult to get in. 45 min wait for breakfast the next morning
